Has all the ingredients you would want in an intraworkout drink. Taste is decent but could be a little sweeter in my opinion. Does seem to help with endurance during workouts and prevents early fatigue from lifting. Overall a lot of servings. I've only ever used one serving at a time but may increase to 1.5-2 servings if my workouts get longer than 75 minutes. Mixes decently. Some clumps if you use very cold water off the bat. Would suggest adding powder to normal temp water, mixing, then adding ice after for better dissolution of the powder.

I’ve been waiting to write a review until I tried all the flavors. However, in general I really like this stuff. Things I like: the flavors are all good, it fills me up before the gym since I workout early in the morning and don’t have time for a big breakfast, and I think it’s helping me make gains. Things I don’t like: I do less than the serving size because the serving size makes it really thick and hard to drink but when I do less it makes it more like a drink. I’ll definitely keep buying these.Flavor reviews:Cherry Limeade - 4/5 very good tastes exactly like you’d thinkPeach Mango - 5/5 normally don’t really care for this flavor combination but it’s delicious very sweetIced Tea Lemonade - 4/5 I think they stopped making this flavor which is disappointing because it’s really delicious tastes just like a a Lipton Iced TeaGrape Berry Crush - 3/5 it’s fine. Tastes just like grape Koolaid if you like that.

Enjoying this stuff, mixes good to. My taste is still pretty wrecked from Covid but it’s not too sweet in a 24oz shaker. I can somewhat tell it taste good to. Will order again.

Works great on any day! Anytime I need the extra carbs or want that nasty pump I add this to my workout, not just leg days. Seems to have quality ingredients compared to other brands and the flavor is pretty damn good

Tried this product for the first time yesterday so I won’t be able to provide feedback on long term benefits. I will circle back in a month and report any acquired data.First thing is the ingredient profile, very impressive! One scoop is 47 grams of active ingredients. I love that they include Taurine, Coconut Water, Pink Salt, the amino acid profile is impressive too. The active ingredients are efficaciously dosed.I’m on a calorie deficit so I’m typically sapped of energy at the gym. This product shines on a cut cause the carbs give you that energy to push through intense leg workouts. I definitely noticed an improvement in my energy and drive compared to previous weeks.I train legs once a week, so one tub will last 20 weeks, at about $3 a scoop, pretty expensive. The price is pretty high, and 30g of the ingredients are the carbs, not sure if the carb source they use is expensive that’s why the price is so high.I would recommend this to anyone who is on a cut and lacking energy in the gym. And obviously for anyone who cost is no issue. I personally won’t keep it as a mainstay supplement, only while I’m doing a cut.
