I’m heading on a cross country road trip this summer and I was trying to be frugal and save money on food and beverages along the way. One way to do that is to avoid buying cases of water. I’ll also be car camping with two cats and a dog so my space is very limited. I bought this with the intention of filling it up with ice and water from home, then topping it off along the way at the campgrounds. Plus, I know I’ll have lots of uses for it over the years to come. So it’s a good investment. I also bought the yellow retro picnic cooler for the trip as well. It is just like my grandparent’s yellow igloo cooler and brings back fond memories. Now I won’t have to stop and buy food from restaurants and gas stations along the way.Honestly this, and the yellow igloo picnic cooler have made me more excited for my trip. The colors scream road trip fun. I can’t wait to use it. But first I think I’ll try it out at field day for my class.Also, Igloo’s last FOREVER and do such a great job at keeping things cool. I have a soft sided 12 can sized igloo cooler I bought for beach trips about 20 years ago and I’m still using it every day for my lunches. It’s just now starting to fray at the edges. I’ll figure out a way to patch it up though. I love igloo coolers

Cooler was the perfect size for our drink needs. Kept our adult lemonade cold for the duration of the party and looked cool in its retro colors! We didn’t have any leakage. However, the words did start to peel off after cleaning it, but that wasn’t really a big deal for us. Bought this when it was on a promotion so totally worth the $$ for a retro looking cooler!

Item feel sturdy. But the lid and hanger hit each other. No clearance at all. Not sure the designer nvr take note abt it or the purpose is to lock the lid.
