These are the best lozenges that I’ve found recently. Out of all the brands (and believe me, I think I’ve tried them all) these are the only ones that are different. All the other brands seem to have switched to the same generic formula inscribed with L873, but Habitrol are inscribed with N487. They are less slimy and chalky feeling in your mouth and have a better mint taste. They also do a better job at curbing cravings than the others. They are a bit pricier than some of the others, but it’s worth it to get a better tasting lozenge.

So I didnt think they would work but, they did!So for me its weird. I quit cigarettes 5 years ago for the vape. I was vaping 1 Breeze bar every 2 days which is the equivalent to 3 packs of cigarettes worth of Nicotine every 2 days! So quitting for me was a bit harder than just quitting cigarettes.I used ChatGPT to come up with a plan for me which was to combine the patches with lozenges. I wish I would have got the 2mg lozenges rather than the 4mg but I started breaking them in half which worked well. For the patch, use a patch daily and then a lozenge at any cravings. This was so effective that I was able to completely stop using the patches AND lozenges within 2 and a half weeks rather than the 2 months the patches are designed for.After 1 week I dropped down to the mid-level patch and by week 2 I was on the lowest patch.After 2 weeks I just felt like I was extending out the inevitable so I just quit entirely. I will say you DO still get withdrawls doing this method as your body still isnt used to the delivery system kf the Nicotine. So headaches, irritability, and even upset stomach or just generally feeling unwell still occur. But instead of extending those feelings over 2 months I did it in 2 weeks!You can too!I am 4 months now completely Nicotine free!

What I really love about Habitrol is their FLAVORS. Tt the time I purchased this, it was the cheapest per unit lozenge I could find online.Compared to the Bolo brand nicotine lozenges, this is simply 1000 times better tasting. It's almost like a fancy high class candy... I know this sounds ridiculous, but the flavor is awesome. I'm talking about the 4 mg cherry to be exact. (their fruit flavored 4mg gum tastes VERY good too). You can tell the company really cares about making it taste good. A lot of other brands (CVS, Bolo, Nicorette) don't put any effort whatsoever into their flavors.It can last however long you want it to. You can leave it in your gums for hours and just kind of forget about it, or you can move it around a bunch to make it dissolve faster.The reason I love these is that they helped me quit smoking and dipping. Smoking left me feeling exhausted, with itchy lungs and coughing. It's absolutely horrible for your health. Dip gave me mouth sores that were frightening to say the least. But these lozenges don't cause any noticeable harmful side effects, besides a continued nicotine addiction.If you are a current smoker / dipper, BUY THESE NOW. Put one in your mouth immediately. Do not wait for a cigarette craving, because at that point it will be very difficult to resist. Take it preemptively. The cigarette cravings will dissipate very quickly over a couple of days.Even if you still struggle to quit the lozenges for a long time, this is orders of magnitude less harmful than smoking or dipping. I’ve tried a few different brands of these lozenges, and these are one of my favorites. My all time favorite is the Good Sense 4mg lozenges, but since these were a better deal at the time, I decided to give them a try. I like that they offer a cherry flavor for those who dislike the string minty taste of some other brands. I personally like the strong mint, but I can see why some wouldn’t. These lozenges are also significantly less chalky than Good Sense or Nicotette. The chalkiness of some brands also seems to bother many people, but again, I quite like it. This brand also dissolves much more slow than the aforementioned brands. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your preference.I like that you can place these under your tongue or against your inner cheek to deliver a slow and steady dose of nicotine over time. It will last for hours in your mouth this way. You can also choose to place it in your mouth like a regular piece of hard candy, and that will have it dissolve much faster.I will say, if you choose to let the lozenge dissolve slowly, make sure you take it out of your mouth before you go to bed. I’ve had crazy nightmares when I’ve fallen asleep with one of these in my mouth. Absolutely insane, vivid, terrifying, psychologically horrible nightmares. I can’t even describe how awful they were. It took me a few days to realize what was causing it, but after researching, it’s not an uncommon side effect. The patches can do the same thing.All in all, these are great!
