He weighs about 60 LBS and had only used it on our wooden floors, I am assuming it was some kind of defect because it seems to be a solid hover board, but there’s no reason a 60 pound child should have been able to snap the middle. Thankfully, It was less than 30 days old, so I was able to return it without an issue that I did not put the protection plan on it. I ordered the Hover-1 Titan following the return of this model and will do a review after he uses it. I will say I didn’t have any issues with the return, it was seamless and the funds were available on my account after it was dropped off at UPS which really helped and was the reason I decided to purchase another Hover-1 model. I do recommend purchasing this brand & model, it is built well and very solid which is again why I believe we received a defective unit. I hope this review helps :)

The day for delivery kept changing, it was supposed to come on Tuesday. They told me it would arrive on Wednesday and when I return home on Tuesday it was there and when I receive my package it had been used already for some reason my package was opened both boxes Bolo box and the product box already before I receive . It will not hold a charge. And It kept a stopping and it moved really slow. My granddaughter,and I are not happy customers the product is expensive and the payment plan I don’t like wasting money

This work really well for a Christmas present and it’s really cool to use. There’s definitely a learning period but overall it was working really well and still works really wellJust make sure you fully charge it when you get it I thought it wasn’t working because we didn’t have a fully charged battery

Package came a little damage from inside the Bolo box which means it was already damaged before packaging and after opening box and putting it to charge for more than 4 hours..it didn’t even turn on!!!! It only turns on for exactly 2 seconds while it still on the charge then it shuts down by itself, waste of time

My son had been wanting a hoverboard for a while, and while the built-in Bluetooth speakers, LED lights, and GPS tracking make it a fun and futuristic gadget, the build quality left much to be desired. Despite being well under the weight limit, the front casing cracked after only a few uses. It earns 3 stars for its cool tech features and easy app integration, but the lack of durability is disappointing. If you're buying for light recreational use, it's great — but don't expect it to handle much wear and tear.

These hoverboards are really good. My girls love them and the lighting and Bluetooth speaker works really well. The only issue is the material it is made with. The plastic cracks very easily. The battery life is good. It does not tend to vibrate unless it needs to be calibrated and I think I is a great value for the money we paid.

I bout it for my son 12 years old on Christmas and he love it. Very nice colors. Kids will enjoy it.
