Feels goood/therapeutic, not painful, and it really feels like it helps with circulation and fascia massage/lymphatic drainage. It also works on many areas; thighs, hips, buttocks, stomach, calves, upper arms. Versatile. I hesitated to buy it at first but I am really glad I did. I can't speak to the effectiveness of cellulite reduction yet, but if I see dramatic results with regular use, I will definitely update.

A really gentle but invigorating massage tool. Very easy to use on the calves and thighs. If you have someone to assist it would be easy to use on your back. Excellent for any sized person as the device is easily opened to accommodate various sized areas of the body. I find it very relaxing and believe I can already see more definition in my legs and thighs. Most importantly for me is that I find that it makes my legs feel less tired and heavy. No bruising, but I do not use it with a ton of pressure as I want more of a lymphatic dranage effect. Excellent device!

Great results—but be prepared for some bruisingI’ve been using this cellulite manual massager for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s very effective. After consistent use, my skin feels firmer, smoother, and I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in the appearance of cellulite—especially on my thighs.That said, it does leave some small bruises on my legs, especially in the beginning or if I use a little too much pressure. It seems to be part of the process as your skin and tissue adjust, but it’s something to be aware of. I recommend starting gently and gradually increasing the pressure as your body gets used to it.Overall, I’m really satisfied. It’s a powerful tool if you’re looking for visible results, just use with care.

I’ve been using a fascia roller for years to help with cellulite and tightness, but this TESMED tool is a total upgrade. It’s so much easier to use—it wraps around the leg and targets both the front and back at the same time, which saves time and effort.It feels very sturdy and well made, and I love that it’s made in Italy—Italian products always seem to have that extra level of quality, and this one is no exception.One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is that I don’t get the bruising I used to see with my old roller. This is much more comfortable to use—no pain, no soreness, just a gentle, effective massage that leaves my legs feeling smoother and more relaxed.If you’re tired of using rollers that leave you sore or bruised, this is definitely worth trying. I’m really happy with it!

Surprisingly effective! Initial bruising a bit frightening but the results twice a day, in just a week are motivating. Once bruising subsides it leaves the skin smooth and the legs feeling relieved. Simple design, lightweight and no cleaning really necessary but can be rinsed with soap and water. Had my doubts but now a believer.

Background: I’m 35, F, Mother, seeking to address cellulite on the backs of my thighs and some creeping around the sides. 140 lb with athletic body type and the item fit comfortably around my legs. I never figured out how to roll my behind because the roller is the wrong shape for it.The pros: item quality, packaging, delivery, and ease of use were all good. I liked how it felt like blood flow was being brought to the area, and it seemed like there was a smoothing quality to the rolling. My legs really did look smoother after use.The cons: I discontinued use of the product because it’s my belief the roller actually just stretches out the skin. So yes, it lessens the appearance of cellulite. But it’s essentially Indian sunburning your legs to do so, and my leg skin started to feel and look weird. Loose. It snapped back a week after I discontinued use, but I would rather have cellulite than droopy skin. I know I can work harder in the gym, but loose skin is hard to fix. IYKYK

Personal trainer and soft tissue work enthusiast here, so you can take my word for it when I say this product is legit. I’ve been an avid user of Ashley Black’s fascia blaster for 4 years now and I’m obsessed. I bought this to tackle the superficial layers of my thighs. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now, averaging 2 to 3 uses per week at 2 mins per thigh (followed by 3 minutes of facia blasting for deeper tissues), and the results are stellar!! The squiggly indented stretch marks on my inner thighs are virtually gone! And there’s very evident cellulite reduction all over, as well as diminished appearance of spider/varicose veins. With all this said, I MUST inform you, this product should NOT be used on dry skin or in cool temperatures. The ideal environment should be in either a sauna, steam room or hot shower with oil or soap for a slippery surface. Your tissues need to be warmed internally and externally in order for this to be most effective. Your connective tissues, which are the main cause of cellulite, become more gelatinous at a warmer temperature, allowing for easier manipulation and correction during treatment. Your skin should be slippery hence the oil or soap, so the tool can glide easily and smoothly and not snag or tug on your skin. Also, the bruising is completely normal, as blood pockets of stored up toxins are being disrupted and released. The bruising will subside with continued regular use. Begin with light pressure and work your way up overtime. Recommend starting in February or March to get over the bruising hurtle and achieve desired results in time for bathing suit season.

Was bang voor een miskoop, maar product is goed. Geen hulp nodig. Resultaten heb je zelf in de hand. Regelmatig gebruiken en beweging zijn een must. Wel tolerantie opbouwen, hou rekening met blauwe plekken en herstel

Mi è arrivato ieri e ho fatto la prova devo dire che è abbastanza robusto è facile da utilizzare , al momento non posso dare una recensione definitiva perché non so che risultati avrò col passare del tempo però posso dire che il prodotto sembra abbastanza buono ed è arrivato anche bene imballato.10 giorni dopo:Oggi sono 10 giorni che lo uso devo dire che le gambe o meglio le cosce all'inizio mi facevano male mi si sono formati dei lividi e anche delle piccole ferite che ad ogni utilizzo mi sanguinavano un po' però dopo 10 giorni questi effetti collaterali stanno sparendo il massaggio diventa piacevole e i risultati sono visibili Io non sono una persona grassa né ho tanta cellulite faccio tanto sport durante la settimana ma è la prima volta nonostante la mia vita sportiva che mi sento le gambe più toniche e soprattutto all'altezza delle cosce sia interno che esterno anche se ancora o dei piccoli graffietti che piano piano stanno sparendo, i lividi sono spariti del tutto quindi continuerò e poi darò una nuova recensione Al momento devo dire che metto sempre 5 stelle e la consiglio a tutte le persone che sopportano il dolore e che non hanno delle vene superficiali.La pelle risulta essere liscissima e comunque dopo ogni utilizzo uso una crema anticellulite per avere un risultato migliore (cosa che ho fatto ogni anno senza il massaggiatore ma mai ho avuto questi risultati)Ci vuole pazienza per avere risultati ottimali vediamo come andrà più avanti ciao a tutti.

Dès la prise en main, j’ai été impressionnée par la qualité robuste du plastique ainsi que par la solidité des rouleaux de massage qui sont doux. Les rouleaux glissent en douceur sur la peau, offrant une sensation agréable et apaisante pendant le massage des jambes et des fessiers en un seul mouvement fluide.Ma routine quotidienne consistant à l’utiliser quelques minutes le matin et le soir s’est avérée être une source inestimable de détente et de bien-être. Cependant, il est important de noter qu’une pression excessive peut entraîner des hématomes, donc il faut veiller à maintenir une pression adéquate pendant l’utilisation ou pas de pression du tout il faut juste faire glisser l’appareil en un mouvement de va et vient.Un aspect intéressant que j’ai découvert est la possibilité de cibler des zones spécifiques, comme les mollets, en utilisant simplement un côté de l’appareil. Les résultats ne se sont pas fait attendre : ma peau est nettement plus ferme, et je suis convaincu que les effets continueront à s’améliorer au fil du temps.La simplicité d’utilisation est un atout majeur de cet appareil. En peu de temps, on peut masser l’ensemble de la cuisse, ce qui le rend idéal pour une utilisation quotidienne.
