In morning. We all noticed we had good energy levels in the morning. All of us had extremely good bowel movements the first week. I am a type 2 diabetic and I am also on Manjaro and it has stopped to working as well as it was but it is now working again taking this medication. Overall I feel like it's a very good benefit and so do the rest of us it's just these pills are a little too large to swallow for my elderly mother. I did end up getting her a gummy but other than that I would say that this is a great product. Also I have not noticed any pain relief

WOW! I was really suspicious of the claims for this product. I'm 63 years old. I decided to give it a try. I can't believe the difference in my energy level. It also seems to have improved the quality of my sleep. Truly amazing! Highly recommend for older folks with lagging energy.

It's not for everyone. I have been on thyroid medication for 2 years. I have been writing about tons of supplements that I could possibly use in order not to be dependent on chemical hormones. The thought of using a natural supplament is very appealing to me. I did some research and found there are conflicting views. One view status that it would cause someone to have hypothyroid.Symptoms more apparently, Another said that it was great for thyroid. So I thought I'd take a gamble and try it.I am extremely happy for the people that it actually worked for, But these People obviously have different bodies than me. In my own personal experience these supplements caused me to have extreme tiredness, Not only in my head but also in my body.The dosage is waaaaay too much. It can actually hurt you. I hope this causes someone to do their research.
