I finally found a sugar substitute that doesn't have a nasty aftertaste. Allulose is granulated and acts like sugar. It isn't as sweet as regular sugar, but I just use a little more. I have no gastrointestinal issues that is said to be a possible side effect. My system is pretty sensitive, so I'm happy there are no problems. While it's a little pricey, I find it to be worth the cost for my health needs.

I love this product! My weight loss doctor as well as a doc or neuroscience suggest Allulose as a sugar replacement. It satisfies my want for sugar in my coffee without the crash.

I used this while making ice cream at home and was really happy with how it performed. It sweetened everything nicely without causing any weird aftertaste or texture issues.One thing I liked is that it didn’t crystallize or make the ice cream icy, which can happen with some sweeteners. The final result stayed smooth and scoopable.I’ll definitely keep using this for desserts and recipes where texture matters.

I agree with other reviewers who said that Allulose is not as sweet as other sweeteners. Advertising it as a direct 1:1 replacement for granulated sugar is way off the mark. That being said, along with some cream, I tried one teaspoon of the Allulose in my coffee. That didn't cut it, so I tried two teaspoons. That was better. Not exactly what I would call "sweet", but it tasted much better than just cream alone. If you're used to something like Stevia, this is definitely not as sweet, however, it also doesn't have the strange aftertaste that I get with Stevia.
