After she gave birth and got put on bedrest, these were a perfect easy go to for her during the long days of recovery. They taste almost as good as cookie dough, but their way better for you and make you feel better to. They come in a decent size, not American portions, mind you, but hey, maybe that's a good thing.

My doctor who is into fitness recommended these bites. Very tasty and will move the digestive tract a bit. My husband likes them too. All the flavors in this pack are good. Refrigerate to experience a different kind of snack.

If you’re looking for a healthier type of cookie, this is for you. Most of them have rolled oats and white or dark chocolate chips. One type has raspberries. They are delicious. However, one square is 120 calories so you have to be mindful of that. 😂
