I normally buy fresh vegetables (or frozen) but I love white corn so I thought I’d try these … they are crisp and sweet. I used them today in a hamburger, carrot, and potato stew and they were / are delicious. I did try some cold out of the can and they are great cold as well so you could add this sweet corn to tacos or salads.
