I got this to use for hand therapy. I got different strengths as my hand gets stronger.

it’s not too soft, a bit tough even as beginner. which can be expected for exercise. it strengthens my hand very well giving it more mobility which i need as an artist. definitely recommend, and use often if you can.

I bought this to continue theraphy at home for my broken wrist. However the red dye in this turns my hand red with every use.

I thought this was clay-like and would mold back into itself. It doesn't. It's good for just squeezing into a ball but not for the exercises given by my therapist.

Fun to play with for my fine motor skills. Not so firm, just right. Have added the plastic kitty beads inside to pull them out of it.

Recommend by my physio to help in getting back to full recovery after an operation to fix a broken wrist. Amazing, can’t believe by using this every day the progress is amazing.
