Another great product from Nutricost! I wish this flavor (pink lemonade) was a bit more tart. Hard to tell it’s even any lemon flavor. I’ll buy again as soon as I’m out but may go back to the blue raspberry.

Pros: enough caffeine, has other benefits that pre-workouts don’t, affordable, a light tingly feeling compared to pre workout.Cons: taste 6/10 like cheap bubblegum (I purchased the lemonade one), it leaves a weird film feeling in your mouth, it gives me a headache sometimes,

This Intra is great for sipping on during your workout. It is primarily a half dosed Preworkout, so you are extending that initial burst of energy you get from your pre. However, there are some additional benefits and a precaution. One of the benefits are the fact that it also has BCAAs in a proper amount. This will be generally helpful if your diet and protein intake aren’t on point and will also help to nourish your muscles during the workout, especially if working out fasted first thing in the morning. Another benefit is that it makes your water taste better to help you stay hydrated. The primary precaution is that it has 100 mg of natural caffeine. This makes for a nice mellow extended energy…but should be stacked with caution with the caffeine in your preworkout (assuming you are using one). Consider your total caffeine tolerance when adding this to your regiment.

Is good and taste like the ghost pink lemonade when chilled. There was a hair under the clear plastic seal for the container sticker, never seen that.Product is good to go.

I've tried alot of different intra workouts. This one is the most well rounded for the money. I do wish it had EAAs in it and a stim free version but it is what it is. Can't complain . Great quality.
