Its a bit heavy but it feels soooo good. It's thick and keeps your head cool for much longer than I anticipated. It fits a bit tight, but that's okay because it stays on, but it can become a little uncomfortable after a while, but you get used to it. It doesn't look great when you're wearing it, but who cares when you need it to stay cool or have a headache. I do love that its large enough you can pull it down over your eyes, incredibly helpful for a migraine. Made from a good quality material too.

This is just a regular cheaply constructed head band. If you soak it in water it will cool your head for a few minutes...like any headband or bandana would if you soaked it in water. Do not buy this product if you are getting it for relief from hot weather. I just tried it. It doesn't work well. Spend a buck on a bandana and soak it in water. It may actually work better.

I like that this thing cost me roughly $7 as that feels fair for what you get. Much more than that and I would probably get something else. I don't like the look when worn by itself as it looks awkward (could just be me) so I soak it then throw it under a cooling hat so it doesn't bother me. It definitely helps a lot more when doing it that way. It's great when you only have a regular hat handy and don't want to sweat too much cause it makes your regular hat perform like a cooling hat. It does absorb sweat well too. The cooling effect is good for an hour or so. Like all these cooling hats and towels, you get a lot more out of them if you keep a spray bottle handy so you can keep it going throughout the day. It isn't going to stop you from sweating but it does help. Would recommend for anyone who sweats a lot or needs to take the edge off while doing yard work or something like that.

Exactly what I needed! When you first get the package, it looks small and insignificant But it is what makes it great, I’m a woman with long hair so it keeps the flyaways put while I have my construction hat on, also with how simple it looked, I didn’t think it would keep my head cool when wet, but I was wrong! When wet it keeps my forehead nice and cool would highly recommend!

I got these to protect my forehead from the sun and it works great. The stitched seam at the back prevents the whole thing from unraveling because there are folds on the front that allow for width adjustment.
