I like that I can control how dark I tan by using more or less drops. I started by using 1 drop with my moisturizer and a few drops of distilled water since I have extremely sensitive skin. Then I gradually increased until I got the shade I wanted.

I put a couple drops up to an entire dropper full of the oil mixed in with my Cera Ve SA Rough Skin lotion. I use it on every inch of my body and I get super soft tanned skin (exfoliating and washing body daily) in a matter of hours, the color really grows after a couple of days. Great product- be careful if you have super pale skin, I’m naturally tan so this gives me a nice medium tone, but it gave my WHITE boyfriend a funny orange tone on the test area we tried.

This product is sticky not like anything I have ever bought. It’s like face stain not drops that develop over time. Bolo was and still is out of my regular brand so I thought I would give it a try . It stained me alright then my skin broke out everywhere like I was 14 years old . I am past menopause. It’s just not for me .

This product works great. I was ableTo get a natural looking tan very gradually by adding a few drops to my face and body lotions. It did ‘fade’ fairly quickly if I scrubbed too much with my loofa in the shower, but I never noticed it transfer to my clothes or sheets. I have bought it again!

I ordered some nice lotion and some travel containers so that I could mix up some custom tanning lotion, that I could create to my liking. After three days of trying to create a tanning lotion that works, I've decided to stop. I first made a lotion based on the instructions. 50 grams lotion to 16 drops of tanning liquid. That did nothing but smelled nice. The next day I could see a little yellow tone. I decided to just take that lotion and add 4 drops to enough lotion for one body part, per the directions. I did one whole leg. I waited a day, but before the day was over the smell was so strong. I thought technology had advanced to tan realistically and have no bad odor. The way we used to use tanning lotion, we'd have to use it, get the tan, suffer the scent and then be able to take a shower after 48 hours, or risk washing the tan off. Anway... No this is not sunkissed perfect color with little or no tanning lotion smell to deal with. There is an obvious odor and no tan, not really.If you want tanning lotion, like the old days just buy it ready made. Sorry I'm not excited with good news. The third day, after two days of scent, I really can't tell the difference between the color of my legs, aside from some yellower tones around my toes and knees.3 stars.

To be completely honest I couldn’t really tell a difference when I was using this product. It says it’s “100% natural DHA self tanner” , “derived from natural sugars”, and “vegan & cruelty free.” The ingredients on the bottle says it has Yellow 5 and 6 in it which is not natural. I guess you could say that yellow 5 is vegan but it’s still tested on animals so is it really vegan? I’m typically not one to write a review but I’m trying to avoid Ingredients like this and was pretty disappointed that this “100% natural self tanner” still had ingredients that are synthesized from petroleum in it…

I have been using this for weeks and it leaves a great even covering, I am using Biosilk as a carrier oil to get even coverage. A quarter size Biosilk and 8 drops self tanner, mix in my hands then rub in all over body parts. HOWEVER don’t accidentally drip it anywhere you don’t want it😂😂😂 the picture is from an accidental drop I didn’t notice. Oops…. So other than my mistake it is amazing!!!

I've been using self-tanners for years because I have fair skin, and I burn easily. This product gives a nice (not orange) color, and I like that I can regulate the depth of color by counting out more or fewer drops! Start by mixing about ten drops in enough lotion to cover both arms! You may need a few more drops next time. Do the proportional math for other body parts!
