Would give these 1000 stars if I could. When my dry eye issues started really torturing me, I tried more than a few different kinds of drops, but this brand...hands down...is the best without a prescription. These are preservative free and wonderful relief! So, if you have issues with preservatives, these will definitely work for you, imho.I really love and appreciate the bottle design as well! It's actually genius what they've done with this. The dropper part has to be stubby on account of the preservative free nature of this formula, as the longer spouts can breed bacteria in general with any PF formula. The bottle is an easy squeeze with no struggle. But the brilliance is in the way the dropper opening is a contrasting dark blue colour, which makes it very easy to see from the eye receiving the drops, resulting in no wasted drops. Being able to actually see where the dropper opening is in relation to the eyeball surface has resulted, for me, in very few missed doses cuts way down on wasting drops. Nothing worse than missing the mark and ending up with drops on your face and not in your eye, am I right?The drops last for hours and are so soothing. I start out with one drop in each eye first thing in the morning, and they last all day, at least til dinner. Then I might do one more dose around that time, if needed and then I'm good for the rest of the day. 4 drops daily with soothing relief = the only choice for me. Cannot live without these and the price is decent, too. Very highly recommend!

My eyes feel calmer and more comfortable, especially on long call days or after staring at monitors nonstop. The multi-dose bottle is convenient and hygienic, and I keep one in my work bag and one by my bed. If you work in healthcare, deal with dry or tired eyes, or wear contacts, these are a must-have.

I love the drops. But hate the dropper. Maybe because these drops are thicker than others I've used. But it seems to take forever and a hard squeeze to get them out. I also think I would prefer a pointed (traditional) dropper rather than this flat dropper.I will say I prefer the Systane Hydration PF to the Ulta or Ultra PF drops for my very dry eyes.

I've been using this product for over a decade for my Recurrent Corneal Erosion and dry eyes. It's FANTASTIC. It has no preservatives which means it leaves no gunk in the eyes and on surfaces. Because of this it has a non-traditional squeeze design. Make sure to wipe it clean after use so it doesn't become a breeding ground for germs. These drops are expensive but a life-saver.

I've been meaning to buy these drops for the better part of a year. I kept forgetting to purchase them or didn't have enough money. I finally got them and will start buying them in place of Refresh preservative free eye drops. The primary reason being that I don't like throwing out so much plastic whereas with Systane eye drops the liquid comes in a big bottle with many uses at half the price. The drops work well, and fairly easy to use. My eyes aren't hurting from using them and my eyes do feel better after application. All is well. Thank you.

These eye drops got me through the first 4 months of LASIK recovery! For whatever reason my eyes took a lot longer to heal and were very dry and irritated for months!!! I was using these drops several times a day and they helped me so much to get relief, that if I didn’t have them I felt completely lost without them. So I loved the two pack so I could keep one in each bag or pocket so I always had one on me. They really moisturize well and feel so refreshing. I researched so many brands and found this to be one of the best. My eye surgeon also recommended this brand because he gave me some samples of it and I was hooked immediately. I also felt safe using them since he recommended them. Even though my eyes have healed I still keep the drops handy because every now and then I need them (or someone does)! Will never buy another brand

Terrible bottle design. It's hard to get the drops to dispense properly.The drops do work and help with dryness, but the bottle design is bad enough to make me keep looking for another product.
