These taste very good. I honestly can't tell if they are helping, but I don't think they are hurting. I have been using these now for over a year. I hope they have slowed the rate of hair loss anyway.

I haven't noticed a difference yet. They are quite expensive. But I love the taste and soft texture. Don't understand why the pack size is 75 when the serving size is 75. 37.5 days isn't a help.
