I wouldn't want to pay the full price for it though. For only 14, yes it was worth it ! Its pretty strong/sturdy material. The doors are the only thing that are flimsy and they don't shut or stay shut very well. Puppy comes out and can be played with. Hair dryer and the razor are attached and can't be removed... which I like because things easily get lost or mixed up. I wish there was a spot for the comb, because we've lost it quite a few times. Would definitely buy to gift to another little one. My daughter is 18 months and is getting the hang of it. It'll last a while too. She probably won't fully grasp and enjoy it for another few months.

My granddaughter saw this at one of her little friend’s Birthday party and was enthralled with it. I bought this for her and it’s one of her favorite toys. It’s age appropriate and seems to be well made. A great gift for her age group.

I am a huge fan of VTech toys . . . they are normally well designed, attractive to kids, educational in part, and fun. I have toys that my 14 year olds played with that are still being used.This is well made and despite some rather rough treatment has held up. My 2 year old niece used it as a chance to practice "gentle" if that puts it into perspective.The pieces and tools are nicely sized to be easy to travel but not as easy to leave behind or lose. It holds my kids and my nieces' attention spans for much longer than other toys.The only issue I have with it is that the front doors don't want to stay closed . . . there are plastic tabs (lips? Not sure what to call them) to keep it closed but mind doesn't click into place so they will swing open randomly.
