Bob's wife: Very easy to put up. Instructions say to have 2 adults do it; I did it alone. Flames are gorgeous and realistic. Haven't put in the rocks as did not want to remove the front panel to do it at this time. Do not use the colors coming out of the sides, as don't like that sort of thing.At first we thought the heat output was too weak, especially as it comes straight out of the top of the unit which is 4-5 ft. above floor height to keep unit away from dogs, and we have a cathedral ceiling. But, especially on the high setting, the unit warms the vary large room quite well.I had searched the Web for the right flat panel electric fireplace for the MBR; not too big or heavy, and with silver/chrome finish, not black. Waited for this to come back in stock; great find and buy.

Gave this to our daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. Took very little time to install. Had to do some work to hide ugly cord. But love the look of the fireplace! Be warned has restrictions on how close it can be to wall, etc. So think about where you are planning to put it

Love the way it looks especially with the lights. I would suggest buying an electrical cord cover to hide but cord but otherwise it’s great.

Great little fire place
Quick delivery, quick installation, I ordered the black fireplace but when you click on black it shows the brushed silver pictures - when you click on the brushed silver it shows black. However the price difference is $200 more for silver. So I clicked on black & ordered it - silver was delivered - again, the price difference made me choose the black so I wasn't bothered either way but if you specifically want the black at the black price, I suggest contacting the company. The pros are: great little fire place, bright color of "flame", fun options for surrounding colors or no color at all, quiet heater (this was a must for me as I use it in my treatment room & don't want a noisy fire place), quick delivery & good price plus its a good looking fire. Would definitely recommend!
