The product listing says “keto friendly”— but I’m not seeing it: 5 calories per fluid ounce – but 27g of carbohydrates! (A gram of carbohydrates ordinarily yields 4 calories.)Their regular simple syrup lists fewer carbs (19 per fl oz) and the expected calories (79 kcal).On top of which, it tastes like stevia…plus chemicals. Kills the whole idea of “crafting” a cocktail.

The taste and mouthfeel of this product is awful, nothing at all like real simple syrup.It is watery, much thinner than actual simple syrup, and does not add the right texture to a mixed drink.The taste is noticeably chemically, and is reminiscent of cough syrup.Stay away, this stuff is really bad.
