Is it Rare beauty quality no but it's close. Use with a blush brush as a blush topper or with a fan / highlighter brush to highlight the high points of your face.

I read some of the reviews and hesitated to order. Was it going to be glittery instead of glowy? Was it going to arrive broken like several of the reviewers stated their's arrived? For $7 I took a chance but was prepared to be disappointed. Arrived in a big box with other itmes, no additional packaging, no bubble wrap, but in perfect condition. It's buildable, which is important because at first you feel like there's no pay off, but it builds nicely and and gives a nice gentle shimmer highlight, not glittery and not too over the top -- what I wanted but wasn't sure I was going to get. Happier with my purchase than I thought I'd be based on some of the reviews.

love love loveee this highlighter. it stays on ALL day and even if i get a little water on my face or sweat it still stays on! you also get a lot of product and the packaging is durable and easy to use. lastly, i have pretty sensitive skin and most powder products break me out but so far this has done great!

I really like this powder. It’s nice and light and gives you a nice shimmer to highlight your face. I’m very fair complected and this worked out perfectly. I’ve used lipgloss from this brand before and now I found another favorite thing I like from them.

I really loved one of their other shades and thought this white pearlescent color would look and go on the same way. I was surprised that it doesn't go on as smoothly as the other one I had tried before. It doesn't look quite right and have to blend it in a lot more than I had to before.Not a big fan of this version of the highlighter. I will finish the product out, but would go back to the other one. I forgot the name but it is is more of a rose gold shimmer to it.It works, but just doesn't look as good on me as the other version did.

Lasts so long fair price and doesnt leave that greasy look after wearing it for hours. I love this highlighter and i would recommend it for anyone it shines so much . I use it on nose eye corners and cheekbones the best !!!

ce fard a joue est beau, leger, et naturel, moi qui ne maquillais plus depuis plus de 15 ans, et ne voulant pas 'faire' maquillée d'un coup, j'en suis contenteil tient bien dans le temps, plus de 10h que je l'ai appliquéil donne un tres leger teint aux pommettes et c'est ce que je voulais
