It’s been a game-changer for my backyard barbecues. The 4200V grid zaps mosquitoes, flies, and moths on contact, clearing out pests so I can enjoy evenings without swatting. It covers a solid 1500 square feet, perfect for my patio, and the ABS plastic housing feels durable and safe, even around my dog. Setup was a cinch—just plug it into a 3-prong outlet and hang it with the included ring. The 4.9-foot cord gives nice placement flexibility. Cleaning the tray is easy with the brush provided, and it’s been working like a charm for weeks. Great value for a pest-free summer

After buying two bug zapper the last four weeks that did not work I finally checked my order history and my husband said what about the one we bought a few years ago.I found it and ordered it and we got it today and it’s been plugged in for six hours and already zapped at least 20 + bugs.And we were gone 2.5 hoursI highly recommend it.

This thing will fry a damn squirrel, I sat outside listening to the bugs get electrocuted sounding like a popcorn machine, very satisfying. Definitely recommend this for the pesky bugs.

We really liked this hanging bug zapper—it’s well-made, easy to hang from a hook or tree branch, and definitely effective at attracting and eliminating flying insects. The light is strong enough to cover a decent area of our patio, and we noticed a significant drop in mosquito activity after just one evening of use. It’s also easy to clean, which we appreciated.That said, we ultimately decided to go with a battery-powered version instead, just for more flexibility in placement (especially when we're out camping or don’t have an outlet nearby). But if you’re looking for a plug-in option for a porch, deck, or yard with access to power, this is a solid choice—quiet, efficient, and simple to use. We’d still recommend it for anyone looking to keep bugs at bay in a fixed location.
