It rained fairly often but this coat kept me completely dry and provided great wind protection as well. Wore it to Lyme Regis on the Dorset coast where it rained so steadily with whipping winds and everywhere the coat covered was dry! The rest of me was soaked through to the point where I bought dry pants to feel comfortable! The length is great and it fit comfortably. There is a bit of a gap of you don’t draw in the waist but not terrible. I did draw in the waist though. The hood fit great with good coverage and the toggle pulls worked well. I loved the style and the color was a nice bright yellow so my husband didn’t lose sight of me. Overall VERY pleased with this coat and will get lots of use in the coming years.

Although a bit thinner than I thought from looking at the pictures, this surprised me at the great quality of the product. Haven't warn it yet, but expect it will perform with the same quality. Love the bag; also great to have a hood with drawstrings to adjust the fit so it's not flopping over your eyes. I am 5'1" but 135 lb with a "muffin top"; Bolo suggested large but this looked like it had a loose fit so I went with medium. Fits perfectly, with room to spare for something not too poofy under...heavy sweater, even a lightly quilted vest, etc.Zipper looks fine; can be zipped from top down or reverse. Material, from past experience, will probably be wind resistant and sleeves do have loose (not too tight) elastic. If this is truly water resistant with our crappy weather lately, this will be a wonderful buy.

I have a thick rain jacket with ninja sleeves for winter. However, wanted something thinner for the summer. I didn't expect this jacket to be so thin. It feels cheap. It also has no lining to keep it from sticking to your sweaty arms if it's too hot. I imagine if it was cooler and I had on long sleeves, it would be a different story. As far as size and fit are concerned, it's great. I also like that it's long and covers my hips. I was able to roll it up and put it in the travel bag with minimal effort. It's been raining every other day here so I'm going to keep it for now. However, I would not purchase it again.

I live in the PNW and have used this coat for 2 years of walks in our world-famous rain. It is the most waterproof coat I've owned in many years. Prospective buyers should know the fabric is rather inflexible and noisy compared with most lightweight raincoats - a bit like wearing a picnic table cloth. Not a real fashion piece. However, when it comes to keeping me dry it actually WORKS.

I really like the style and the look and the fit of this jacket! It’s kept me pet dry in regular rainy days. Wouldn’t wear it in heavy rain hiking - but I want looking for that kind of protection in this purchase. I already have a lined one for that. Was just looking for an option for keeping in the car for unexpected pop up showers. And the fact that it can fold up flat in its own or wad up so small and go into the pouch that came with it - either way is perfect. The only reason I gave it three stars is the pockets for my hands in the front are actually MESH. That offers no warmth or protection at all, so unless I have gloves on during a cooler rainy day, there’s really no point in putting my hands in them. No added warmth at all even with gloves on. I would probably be closer to giving it 4 1/2 to 5 stars if they made just that improvement. The pockets just don’t feel helpful at all.

I was looking for a packable, waterproof rain coat for an upcoming trip to the UK without paying a lot. It’s very lightweight and comes with a small pouch to carry it in. I love the toggles to cinch at the waist. The hood extends out to completely keep hair dry and it has zip pockets and elastic at the wrists to keep rain out. And under $50! Perfect!

This coat is perfect for what I need. It is great for travel—It packs down small in its own little sack, it is wind proof and layers nicely, it’s a nice color (I got the blue or teal color), it’s long ish which makes it more wind and rain proof. It’s a cute, flattering style. I have only been in a light rain (it kept me dry) but not yet been in a downpour so I can’t say for sure how waterproof it is yet. I’ve had it a few weeks and it is Definitely a good purchase so far.

Exactly as presented in descriptions. I think people are miss understanding one photo that appears to show interior mesh pockets. That is misleading but, to be fair, the description does not specifically identify interior pockets. One photo is showing is an internal mesh that I think is meant to keep the coat from clinging to the body. I would hesitate to see them closed as it will compromise the waterproofing, unless you know how to waterproof seams. However, I don't think these are intended to be interior pockets.Otherwise, this was exactly as described. It on the thin side but needed to be to be packable into the provided bag. I think it is perfect for travel understanding that it is a shell coat.The teal color is nice.Consider layering for warmth needs when selecting a size.The sleeve cuffs are rather poorly made, not stretchy and too big. I can fix that, but should not have to and would send it back if I couldn't. That is why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars.

Purchased a couple of these jackets to travel with. Nicely made and happy with the fit!Colour was a bit darker than pictured.
Thin nylon. Waterproof. Unlined. Two-way front zipper. Pricey for What you Get.
Rating 4*33,000 I feel, could have done so much more considering the price $49.99Pros: Beautifully styled in all the right place. Length is good for my 5.3 frame. Side pockets are zippered and the main front zipper is a "double" up-down which is great for sitting down or climbing deep stairs etc. Attached hood and a little bag to store everything in. Definitely waterproof (some heafty soaking tested).Cons: Medium - elasticised cuffs, the sleeves are too long (double roll back is needed). The 100% nylon is VERY thin considering the brand+price (disappointing) a smidge % of teflon-like would help or just a thicker density of nylon. The taped seams are well sealed but leaves the interior of the raincoat looking "cheap". As many have noted not underarm ventalation, but I did not have any "heat" issues in fact, with the water on the outside it was actually pretty chill! The pockets are zippered but the lining is mesh and catches easily on watchstraps, rings or anything pointed you might put in there. Solid fabric would be more practical!Personally feel this raincoat has potential but is lacking.Can I recommend it - sure but NOT at $50 worth. If you can pick one up on sale at $30 I'd say "go for it".My 2-cents :)
Great Fit and Perfect for Light Rain!
I’m really happy with this purchase! The sizing is spot on I’m wearing an XL and love the length; it offers great coverage. It worked perfectly for light rain while walking from my car to the office. The material is super lightweight, which makes it really comfortable to wear, but on cooler days you might want to layer a sweater underneath. Overall, very happy with it!
Very odd style
This jacket is both too small and too big. I wear a 2x, but I bought this in a 3x because I like loose jackets. Well - its too small in the torso and hips, and I can't do it up. Oddly, the shoulders and arms are *huge*. The arms hang down about 4 inches past my hands.The fabric is very thin - I'd say it seems like it would tear easily.I returned it.
