So tasty. Just as I remember having back when I lived in Brooklyn. Such an easy meal for weekdays. They’re wrapped individually so you can thaw the exact amount you need. I throw them in the oven and toss them on the grill for a few minutes for that added grilled flavor. I find that to be easiest way to cook thoroughly without burning the skin. They’re the best on crusty Italian Bread with peppers and onions. They packed them perfectly as well. I live in Arizona, I received notification from my ring that it was delivered while I was out and couldn’t return for a few hours. To my surprise after 3 hours of the package in 100 degree weather they were frozen solid in the cooler they were packaged in (which bonus, is also reusable)

Excellent taste texture and delivery. There are a few reviews noting the sausage is thin but this is chevalatta and its made exactly how it should be. I'm an Italian that moved away from NY and getting my fix is a must and they nailed it!

This Italian sausage is beyond delicious! I got lots of compliments on my Italian dinner using this sausage in my homemade Ragu sauce… along with a pork roast simmered alongside. There was NO leftover sausage! I will buy again from Frank and Sal. There was a slight delay in delivery, but it arrived still cool, and the company did respond when I contacted them about the delivery. Bolo said it had been delivered, but that was not the case… it eventually arrived after dark by the next evening.

Not the easiest piece of meat to grill. Nice flavor, but not a fan of thin rings. Wanted to try it out because the reviews were all very good. For me, it's just meh! But that's only my taste buds.

I was from the neighbourhood and the family have been buying sausage in the neighbourhood for the past 100 years and this is one of the best Italian shops in Brooklyn. Bayridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights is Italian. If it was not the best they would not be in business. You can taste the quality cheese and parsley in just the right amount. If you do not like their sausage then you do not know want real Italian sausage tastes like. Comes perfectly individually wrapped and frozen solid so do not worry about it being shipped.

no longer big,plump ,great tasting sausage. Now wrapped as a wheel with sticks punched through the links. The links are thin and they don't cook the same because of it.Also this sausage has very little taste. I bought fennel. I could barely taste the fennel. I bought this sausage twice before over the last 2 years and it was great. What happened?
