I bought this item BRAND NEW. Only the sewing machine came. No foot pedal and non of the add ons that would come with it DID NOT come, scuffs came on the item and you can tell it has been used. Very disappointed.

I ordered this so I can make keepsake bears of my babies clothes and honestly I expected something more flimsy but was pleasantly surprised to feel how sturdy this machine is, you can’t beat it for the price. It’s small enough to sit on a shelf but big enough and weighted to keep it from moving while I sew. It’s definitely compact and portable. I’m giving it one less star because of the power cord and foot pedal cord being relatively short.

Bought this for little projects, like hemming jeans. Great job on denim, medium thickness. Snagged going over the seem, but I skipped that the second time around and worded like a dream. Very easy to use. I would consider myself a more experienced sewer, but def not a pro.

The media could not be loaded. I have had this machine a couple of years but I have only used it a handful of times for light sewing tasks. Pulled it out to make a few holiday gifts. Was going well than the thread started to tangle and eventually stopped threading all together. I noticed the needle gets caught at the bottom and pulls. Tried replacing needle and same issue. I have searched on line to troubleshoot and not sure what a good fix. The needle seems too long but it is what came with the product. Giving 3 stars because it was amazing before now. This is just really frustrating to see the problem and not know how to remedy it.

I bought this sewing machine for my 7.5 granddaughter for Christmas. Unfortunately she wasn't able to start using it until February-March . The foot peddle didn't work at all , very disappointing . However , she was continued using it but not easy to guide the fabric and at the same time turn the on/off switch , off . After 2-3 sewing sessions it stopped completely ! Her Mom had the warranty and submitted the complaint , along with her review but today hasn't heard from anyone . Totally unsatisfactory :(Is there any way we can get a refund or a replacement ? Would not recommend !.

Works great so far, I bought an insurance package, as well with it. You never know if it will come in handy sometime.
Disappointing even for the price
New out of the box and defective. As soon as the power is turned on the machine starts with or without the foot pedal being plugged in. If the power is not off at the outlet or by the switch on the actual product, the machine starts running on it’s own the moment there’s a power supply. It’s barely usable.

Works perfect
Neat little machine we use for sewing and hemming curtains, and it does so perfectly! Compact size but has all the features we need, and the carry handle on top makes it perfect for portability / small space living. I liked that it came threaded and ready to go right out of the box. Surprised by some of the low reviews honestly, it’s a great item for crafting and occasional sewing.
For the price I can't complaint too much but....
What i will say is the thread spool pin/space are small. The pin is short and the placement on machine are very restrictive as far as using better quality after market thread with it. I have to order an attachment to hold a small spool. The other thing I didn't like was how incredibly short the power adapter cord is.... on an average hight desk it won't reach the plug. I have to use and extension cord. The instructions could have had a bit better diagrams for future set ups. I figured it out initially because the sample fabric and stiches left in machine.Again for the price, these are things I can live with!!It works fine and it's nice to have 12 stiches/button hole and a reverse plus zipper foot and button foot too.
