A friend turned me on to these after I kept getting UTI's after menopause! I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and after using consistently I no longer get them. I have started to go every other day and am still UTI free! Definitely worth giving a shot!

Tomar mucha agua
No salir de casa ya que hay que ir muchas veces al baño a mi me deshidrato un poco por lo que es un ciclo hay que tomar mucha agua y obviamente estár yendo baño
