Customer support is sending us the missing pieces free of charge and the playset looks fantastic. Took my husband a day and a half. Extremely good quality of wood, be gentle when installing the plastic attachments they will crack easily but super glue fixed it and lesson learned. With all being said the quality of the playset deserves 5 stars even if some parts are missing. We will be installing the correct hex bolts once they arrive and should be an easy switch.

My GKinds love their new swingset!! The time to put it together was fairly accurate by the manufacturer. However getting pneumatic tools for the assembly added to the ease, one note watch the initial instructions, if you see things don’t align you may have turned the base upside down. We found this out but once we saw the issue, smooth sailing from there. Two people completed it in about 8-10 hours. Starting the assembly in the drive way then moving parts to the wooded location. A few extra pieces left over but that never hurts on this big of project!! Kids are 10 and 4. Using it for years to come!!

What a delight it was to reveal this to my three year old! Obviously, the wood is pretty crappy. My husband hit it with his weed wacker and it chewed right into a post. Otherwise though it’s pretty awesome. We had no issues with splitting wood. I purchased two separate swings since my kids are too small for the stuff it came with. We couldn’t be more pleased with it. I don’t know how long it will last, but my kids are 1 and 3 so I’m sure we’ll get a few years out of it. It came in just three large boxes which they happily carried to my backyard for an extra $20 (worth it). It took my husband about 10 hours to get it together with breaks and my daughter “helping” him at times. I’m hoping to turn the bottom area into a rock construction pit for my son or maybe a play house. We look forward to using it for a long time. I recommend purchasing the sealant right away and sealing it as soon as you can. Our sealant took an extra week to get here but it’s all COVERED in pollen already. We’re waiting for spring to calm down before we get out there.

I called, sent messages via email and left voice messages. There was a problem with the instructions and after about a week they finally responded to say it was a typo on the instructions. Horrible customer service. Please take this product off because the customer service is unacceptable.

Playset arrived on the scheduled day about an hour ahead of scheduled time. Before assembly, I brought out a couple large tables and put all the required tools on one table and all the parts on another. I had one other person helping me and we are both relatively handy and have plenty of power tools. We set up the tables at 8:30am and had the tower and swingset up by 1:00pm. Complete assembly and cleanup was done by 5pm. The directions were pretty easy to follow and all the parts were there in acceptable condition.The playset is cedar and seems to be very sturdy. It is also astetically pleasing once complete. The only issue I had was 4 out of 6 rungs on the climbing wall split a little bit while I was hammering the t-nuts into the back of the wood. This was partially my fault as I left a little space between the ground and the rung while hammering, but if the directions would have had me put the t-nuts in before screwing the rungs to the ladder the splits would have been avoided. So be careful during those two steps. Other than that everything went perfectly. If using powertools, also be very careful not to overtighten because you will split wood.One thing I have left to do is weather seal the wood. I would have done this before assembly but time constraints did not allow it. The directions say to do it after a few months of use, but I think the sooner the better. Especially in a humid climate.Overall the playset exceeded my expectations and was easy to assemble. Having a helper definitely was necessary, at least until the tower and swingbeam with A-frame are assembled. After that it is mostly cosmetic and one person could do it if they had time and are somewhat handy. Only challenge left for me is to keep the kids out of the backyard so we can surprise them this weekend at their birthday party.

We started sorting out the pieces and parts to set up the playground and realized it was missing all the hardware. All the bolts, screws, the top tarp, the chalk board, I mean it was missing a lot. The box was also damaged upon delivery and opened. So we called Bolo (super helpful and professional) they had a replacement sent. Which took a couple weeks to arrive. But this second box was not opened so all the pieces were there. Took two people about 8 hours to assemble. Overall happy with the new set. Besides the issues with missing pieces at first Bolo did a great job getting us a new set delivered and the old set retured. I think the structure itself is sturdy and durable. My child is happy. So we're happy.

This thing is a hella beast!! It took my carpenter brother in law and another carpenter an entire day to put it together but it is amazing. Very sturdy. Parts are clearly marked and stamped. It did have a few bolts/screws missing but easily rectified. The quality is great and I did order the baby swing and the teeter totter to switch out and they are great too. Best money ever spent for my grandchildren. If you buy one, get an experienced person to assemble it.
