This pan is amazing! The nonstick surface is truly nonstick – crepes, dosas, pancakes, everything cooks evenly and lifts off effortlessly. The Swiss granite coating feels high-quality and super easy to clean. I love the wide, flat surface and the handle stays cool, even on high heat. Works perfectly on my induction cooktop too. It’s become my go-to pan for breakfast and beyond. Absolutely perfect!

I waited to use this for a couple different things before reviewing and it has proven to be exactly what I hoped for when I purchased it!!I used it for sourdough grilled cheese with turkey sandwiches using a small amount of butter on each side of the bread and they grilled up beautifully with the cheese melted and the bread golden. Yum!! This morning I made homemade oatmeal pancakes and used a tiny bit of avocado oil on a paper towel to oil the pan prior to scooping on the batter. They turned out great, cooked evenly and were delicious!!I’m using nonmetal utensils to be sure I don’t scratch it. As I do with all my cookware, I let the pan cool completely before cleaning and then hand wash with a soft cloth a little dish soap, rinse and dry. This pan is super easy and quick to clean even with melted cheese.I also love the round shape of the griddle pan vs the square shape most come in because it fits my largest burner perfectly. All edges are on the burner and to me that makes more sense than a square pan on a round burner. This pan is very pretty with the granite finish and matches my Carote set. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a stove top grill pan that’s easy to clean.

The pan is well made, sturdy, the handle never got hot. It is coated with a fake laminate which I think looks nice, but probably won’t hold up in the dishwasher. But I wash all my pans by hand, so not a problem for me. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Love this Griddle - bought it couple of weeks back and have used it multiple times since then. It is easy to cook on, so far nothing sticks to it (hope that stays) and its a good size. However just one thing that bothers me - whenever I use it, it gives out a fishy kind of smell-don’t like that. Easy to clean too. Would definitely recommend buying this

I bought this 10" crepe pan due to the good reviews. When it arrived I was disappointed because the surface was rough and I did not think that the crepes would release properly. I was wrong. First the directions say to lightly butter the pan for each crepe, which I did. So if yours doesn't release, maybe that is why.I have suffered trying to make crepes with a nonstick skillet before and it was a little stressful. With this crepe pan, I had a perfect crepe every time. I never use the wooden spreader. I lightly butter the medium heat surface, pick up the pan and put 1/2 C batter at the 6:00 position, close to the handle and then QUICKLY rotate my wrist, tilting the pan to coat the entire surface with batter. Then I set the pan back on the heat. When the crepe is dry on top and lightly brown on the bottom, I flip the crepe with a large, safe spatula. Let it sit to get brown dots in that under side. While it is doing that, I fill the crepe and then roll it up in the pan into the serving plate. It's the easiest crepe making I have ever done and released with ease every time. The 10" makes quite large crepes. You may want a smaller pan if you are serving 2 crepes per person. The wooden handle is pretty and was great for a stay-cool handling situation. It's solid, weighty but not heavy, and I don't think there will be any future issues with rust or nonstick coating. I like the white surface. It looks clean and beautiful. I wouldn't spring for the spreader. It brilliantly comes with a full size Phillips Head screwdriver to put the handle on. Easy peasy. And now, it's on sale! I wish I had got the deal.

The media could not be loaded. It is a great pan but I personally think that if you heat it a little too much, it does give out the same smell as the old teflon coated non-stick pans used to. I checked all their marketing material and while they say it is PFOA free... I am not entirely convinced that it is teflon free.....Well, in a world where we are consuming more plastic than ever what does it matter really as long as it makes great crepes and chapatis !

Easy to use & clean
I've been using this pancake pan for a few weeks now and I have found it easy to use and clean.The secret I found to using this pan is to use a low heat setting. Because of it's thin flat design it heats up real fast and stays hot which in time could cause the pan to burn and turn brown after prolonged use on med/high heat. Remember delicious pancakes take time, not seconds.The flat design of this pan makes flipping the pancakes a breeze with no side walls to fight around and I can usually fit 3 decent sized pancakes on it at a time. It has a good weight to it too, it's not light or flimsy by any means and if well looked after could last many years.

Se que se tienen que curar antes de usarlo para que no se pegue nada. Lo hice varias veces la primera vez previo a usarlo, aun asi se le pegaba todo. Lo limpio con bicarbonato cada que eso pasa y lo vuelvo a curar pero nunca funciona. Esta lindo pero comprare otro de marmol esta vez.
Amazing for Crepes
My son wanted to try making crepes so I ordered this pan. He's made dozens of crepes over the last few months and I gotta say this pan is amazing. Never an issue with sticking and still looks like it did on day one! Wel made pan with good weight to it and a nice handle. Great purchase!

Ich habe mir die SENSARTE Crepe Pfanne mit 30 cm Durchmesser gekauft und bin wirklich begeistert davon. Schon beim Auspacken hatte ich einen sehr guten Eindruck, denn die Pfanne wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet und liegt angenehm leicht in der Hand. Besonders praktisch finde ich den ergonomischen Griff, der auch beim Braten nicht heiß wird.Was mich wirklich überzeugt hat, ist die Antihaftbeschichtung. Die Crêpes gleiten förmlich aus der Pfanne, ohne dass ich viel Fett verwenden muss. Selbst bei dünnem Teig bleibt nichts kleben und das Wenden klappt kinderleicht – auch bei größeren Portionen. Der niedrige Rand ist dabei ein echter Vorteil, weil man die Crêpes oder auch Omeletts super einfach herausbekommt.Bitte den Durchmesser beachten, die Cremes werden sehr groß.Ich benutze die Pfanne nicht nur für Crêpes, sondern auch für Pfannkuchen, Wraps und sogar mal für ein Omelett. Die Hitze verteilt sich sehr gleichmäßig, sodass alles schön braun und knusprig wird. Außerdem kann ich die Pfanne auf meinem Induktionsherd verwenden, was für mich ein Muss war.Die Reinigung ist total unkompliziert. Meistens reicht ein feuchtes Tuch oder etwas Spülmittel unter warmem Wasser, weil wirklich nichts anhaftet. Das finde ich super praktisch, gerade wenn es mal schnell gehen muss.Insgesamt bin ich mit der SENSARTE Crepe Pfanne richtig zufrieden. Sie ist vielseitig, robust und macht einfach Spaß in der Anwendung. Für alle, die gerne Crêpes oder Pfannkuchen machen, kann ich sie wirklich empfehlen!
