I've bought several different types of ipad stands (I have a music group, and we gig every week, sometimes multiple times a week, so there is a lot of wear and tear), and this is by the far the best stand I've bought. All the other models I tried would not last, and break after a few months. This stand is very sturdy, and mostly made of metal, so feels very solid, and so far has not had the problem of breaking after just a couple months of use. I'm getting ready to buy 2 more for my group, and I've been using 3 of them of them for the past year. Several musicians I play with have asked me for a link to this product, because they love the quality when they see mine! Grateful to have found a reliable and durable holder!!

I wanted a lightweight stand for my iPad Pro, which is large and also in a case. This stand looked like a real winner.I like everything except for one glaring issue, you cannot (as far as I can see) adjust the tension of the tilting mechanism. I use the iPad to control various devices in my sound design studio and the adjustment moves far too easily.Otherwise tis is a great stand. I like the tripod base, which makes placement simpler by being able to adjust the footprint of the stand, and also making it very stable when needed. 3 telescopic poles allow for a wide range of heights.

I have bought this product twice. The first time, I had it for almost four years, and the gimbal that connects the tablet holder to the stand wore out on the first one. I was very happily that the second one has a greatly improved gimbal design, so I will probably not be needing a new one for a long time!

Much more stable than more expensive products I tried. Simple is sometimes best. The ease of use and stability of grip on my iPad Pro is great. This works great chair side but could use more side reach for in bed use. Since I appreciate the quality of this product I think I’ll try the more expensive bedside model with the 14 lb weight from Elitehood next.
1.0 out of 5 stars Nice But Cheap Plastic Clips
Needed a iPad Stand for Stage. Purchased this one and really liked it, until the first time it dropped off the cart on the way to set up. As you will see they connect the holder with cheap plastic clips, that WILL break if it falls. I had to use gorilla glue, drill holes and put it back together with nuts & bolts. If I didn't have knowledge on fixing things I would have been out of Luck. It won't break again (I hope) but it's not as movable as it was.
