I do plan to continue using this product. autoShip is available, which I thought was great because it comes to me without my having to re-order. I normally don't do reviews, positive or negative, but I really wanted to give my experience to warn others. At first I didn't have any symptoms, but a month into taking it, I suddenly had the worst gas of my life. Like if I didn't let it out, it felt so painful and it was frequent, like literally all day every day. Then, I couldn't stop going to the bathroom. I wasn't having "diarrhea" technically, but I couldn't stop going. It got so bad that I couldn't even pass gas without having to use the bathroom. No food poisoning and this is not normal for me. This is the only difference. So, when trying to figure out what's wrong with me, I had an epiphany that it could be this. When I researched CLA which is the main ingredient it seems, I came across claims that it can cause exactly what I'm experiencing, but not only that... it can cause flareups of diseases. Like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, IBS, Heart Disease, Diabetes, etc. Well, I have H.S and I noticed I've had multiple flare ups since having started this. Normally I get 1 once in a blue moon, but I've had multiple at once suddenly. And I have PCOS and just started having periods again a year ago after not having them for a year. And for the first time in my life I was having regular periods too, however I haven't had one since I've started taking this. And I'm 100% not pregnant. It just occurred to me that all of these things are happening after having started this. I'm sorry to the company that makes and/or sells this, I was really hoping this would help not only lose weight, but regulate my hormones and all it's done is make everything worse. And on top of it, nothing different in the weight loss. Please if you have any health problems, do some research on CLA, I haven't even began to check out the other ingredient to see what that can do, but with the CLA it seems the negatives outweigh the positives in my experience. I'm sorry if anyone was anticipating purchasing this with some hope like I did just to be crushed when seeing my review. And hey, maybe it works for some people. All of our bodies are different and some people don't have to worry about it causing disease flare ups, but of you aren't healthy, I highly suggest doing extensive research of the ingredients of supplements like I will be doing.

I have taken them for three weeks, exercising and eating healthy, I have felt less bloated in my stomach, but I still haven't started to see any significant changes!

I am sure that it will work better if I would have had a work out routine with it and stuck to it. So I can't really give an honest review on it. I did lose a couple of inches with this and drinking water.

I started and stopped my weight loss journey many times however, this time I am serious. I have changed my mindset from weight loss journey to health and wellness journey. This helps me take the pressure off while daily working towards health and I believe the residual effects will be weight loss. I have adopted healthier eating, staying hydrated, have a work out schedule and am prioritizing sleep. I do however feel I could use a little help to stay on track so I searched for some pills that did not have bad ingredients that could help me with my bloating etc. I came across your slim tighten tone pills and recently started taking them. I believe they are definitely helping me with the bloating etc. I know it’s just water loss currently but it still makes me feel a sense of accomplishment which encourages me to keep going. I would like to lose 100 pounds and I am on my way. I’m pacing myself and giving myself grace but not skipping discipline. I will check back in after a month and let you know how it’s going. So far so good!!!! Thanks for making products to assist people like me. Those who really want it but just need a little help along the way. Thanks for being that help to so many.

I'm not sure if it's working yet, though I feel less bloated, but I've been using something else too. I've been using it for two weeks. I'll let you know what happens. It's easy on the stomach and easy to take.

So as with many people hoping that after reading reviews a product will work and then feeling an idiot because you bought into it. Look, it's hard dealing with feeling you need some magic pill to help lose weight...you don't. You just need determination and a will to get yourself on track. If this product had worked to kick start weight loss then it may have been beneficial. It didn't do that. It did absolutely nothing and I took the whole bottle. I need to lose 15 pounds. Saw no results. I exercise and eat reasonably well. Like most I've tried other supplements and surprise , got no results. I am 50 years old and weigh 149 pound. I oughta be old enough to know better than to count on a pill. It might work for others. It might not. It just didn't work for me. So I'll keep hitting the Bowflex and treadmill and if I lose the weight ok, if not then I'll just keep maintaining where I am. Good luck everyone.
