The adhesive comes off easilyso, the seal comes with the lid when its opened with high probability

I have been taking a rounded teaspoon of this Inositol powder three times a day and I feel great, however, on the label they identify 930 mgs. as a "serving", yet no measuring tool is included so it's a crap shoot how many millograms are actually in a teaspoon ! There have been several studies done on the health benefits of Inositol with some subjects taking 20,000 millograms or more, ( 1,000 millograms equals 1 gram ) so I am not worried about overdosing on this fully water soluble beneficial substance, and the daily three rounded teaspoons I am taking is agreeing with me, so I will continue.I just wish a measuring scoop had been included so I could be more precise. For that reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
