It’s as advertised. Easily hooks up to our Kitchen Aid mixer, rolls the pasta dough through one slot and put that into the other slot to cut the dough into fettuccine or spaghetti. Very easy to use, just make sure you also get a spaghetti drying rack to hang the fresh cut pasta from

This is a well built, sturdy item. The rollers are stainless steel that is slightly textured with ridges to grab the dough and pull it through. The top of the unit opens up to allow easy access for cleaning. All in all, this is really well designed and appears to be quality that will last.

I've been using this pasta attachment with my KitchenAid mixer for nearly two years now and am very happy with it. It has held up well so far and has been used 3-4 times per month. It's easy to use and clean up afterward. My family loves having fresh pasta regularly now. The only time I had trouble was once when I let the sheet pasta sit a little too long before using the cutter rollers, so now I just make sure to cut the sheets right away when I make it. I consider that an operator error. Would recommend it.

I’ve been making pasta for many years and had a manual version. This is much faster and the noodles were perfect. It also cleaned very easily. The quality of every aspect was great.

Muy buen producto, me agrada mas que el original de Kitchen aid aqui tienes todo en uno solo y no 3 adaptadores estorbosos por separado, hay que limpiarlo bien como indican las instrucciones y durara por siempre
