It tastes great, it is very convenient to use, and it saves a lot of money by not going to coffee shops for expensive drinks. I use lots of different flavors with creamer and you can get cold foam now at the grocery store! I only buy decaf because I drink it all day. I always get the two pack so one is in the refrigerator and one in the pantry. As soon as the second one goes into the fridge, I buy another two pack. I have tried concentrates and they all taste pretty terrible compared to this brand(which is not a concentrate). My only complaint is that for the price the packaging could be better. Every single time I open a new box I have to pull out the bag of coffee and readjust it so that the spigot is in the right place. It’s not cheap so the company needs to do some quality control on assembly. Other than that I highly recommend if you love iced coffee as much as I do!!

Disgusting is the only word that I use for this product. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. It has a chemical taste and smell. I forgot I bought this a long time ago and had the same issue. I would not recommend this to anybody. It’s not bitter. The quality is horrible. I don’t understand why people would sell this crap. My mistake buying this.

Taste: 4 StarsConvenience: 1 StarDecent tasting cold brew coffee. Not quite as good as the Monster Java cold brew that I have purchased in the individual cans but thecost on those have shot up.Decided to try this as there is less packaging cost and less waste in a single container but I have limited shelf space in my fridge and the selling point for me was the built in pour spout on the NARROW side of the box. With the narrow side facing out as shown in the picture the box can be placed on the top shelf and can be used to dispense the coffee into your mug without moving or removing the box from the fridge.The box arrived with the pour spout safely tucked inside the box which is good for protecting it during shipping especially when shipped in a bubble wrap. The frustrating thing is that not only is there no perforated circle to punch out and feed the spout through but the spout is centered 3” from the bottom and wide side of the bag instead of the side you want facing the front for easy access. The container without the box of course would haphazardly roll around the fridge shelf like a ziplock freezer bag full of water most likely falling onto the floor at some point.Without a perforated hole or even a printed circle to cut out I had to measure the widest diameter of the plastic ring with a tape measure, grab a compass to draw an appropriately sized circle but even then I had to make the opening on the wide side of the box and there is no room in my fridge to place the box on the one shelf tall enough for it with the “convenient” pour spout potentially accessible. As it is now the spout has to sit facing sideways which not only makes it inaccessible from using while sitting in the fridge but the spout is just in the way for placing anything on the shelf next to it or against the wall.So even AFTER having to manually measure, trace a cutout circle and grab a utility knife to make the pour spout accessible I still have to pick up the box, move it to a kitchen counter top somewhere that is too low for conveniently using the pour spout.Packaging Design department: You had one job to do. Make the pour spout accessible for use from the narrow front side of the box while it remains in the fridge.🙄

Other reviews said that it went bad super fast? However mine's been open for a week now and tastes the same as it did last week. I would purchase again for the flavour, but not for the price. Only real issue I have is that the spigot on the bag is sideways, so the box needs to sit horizontally in my fridge, taking up a lot of space, and I don't know how easy it'll pour when it gets low. I tried turning it but I'm worried I'll accidentally rip it out if I try too hard. Not sure if this was intentional or a mishap during production.
no more starbucks for me
I have a small addiction to starbucks, and would literally spend my entire paycheck there if I could. I have since bought this, and let me tell you this is so much better than starbucks coffee.it tastes absolutely amazing, and topped with some liquid sugar (some flavoured and some not) my wallet no longer cries when I wake up in the morning. Would seriously recommend this to anyone.10/10 the best i've ever had
