My goal is to find something effective and affordable. Deodorants, in particular, are applied near the lymph nodes and are easily absorbed through the skin. That’s why I was drawn to this deodorant, and I’m glad I gave it a try.One of the biggest selling points for me is that it contains no aluminum and no baking soda. Baking soda, although common in many natural deodorants, causes irritation on my delicate skin with repeated use. This formula skips it entirely and still manages to keep me feeling fresh without any discomfort or redness. I appreciate that the magnesium-based formula helps control odor naturally, gently, and effectively.The scent is clean, light, and pleasantly subtle… not overwhelming like some commercial brands. I’ve noticed the fragrance stays with me through most of the day, and I rarely need to reapply, even in this Arizona heat. It does what it promises and keeps me feeling dry. It neutralizes odor without masking it with heavy perfume.The texture is smooth and glides on easily, thanks to the traditional roll-on stick format. I love that it’s packaged like conventional deodorant, which makes it super convenient to use and no scooping or rubbing with your fingers, just twist and apply. It’s also a neutral color, so it won’t stain clothes or leave bright streaks, although I do try to apply it carefully to avoid minor residue.Another thoughtful detail I noticed is the message printed on the container: “In 2023–2024, French Transit LLC will donate to Susan G. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I now buy this deodorant now on a regular basis. It is a natural deodorant so don't expect it to last 24 hours or keep you totally dry in hot hot heat. However, I would rather reapply than worry about the negative aspects of other options. Great smell! Not overwhelming, and not that "fake" fragrance smell. No white streaks as long as you rub it in a bit before putting on clothes (I just swish my arms back and forth).

I really wanted this to work as I am a long time user of the other Crystal deodorants available, especially the roll-on but after a few weeks, I couldn't stand my stench!! It works great for perspiration but after about 8 hours, I absolutely reek! Even after applying again and again and a shower, my BO just never went away. And this is not normal for me. I tried 2 other scents too and although the black charcoal version helped a little more, it still couldn't mask my pits. If the perspiration of this plus the odor fighting of the other Crystal clear roll-on were combined, Crystal would have a guaranteed money-maker on their hands. The scents are absolutely lovely still.

I have been using the classic Crystal deodorant for years and was very satisfied so I decided to give this one a chance.This thing smells bad. I threw it away after several uses, it has some bitter, disgusting smell. It does protect you from the sweat odor and is effective as a deodorant, but the deodorant itself really smells bad. Won't buy the same variation again. Will probably try another smell.

This is a wonderful natural deodorant. It's not sticky, or too wet. It has a very light coconut scent, very fresh. It's not an antiperspirant, so you still sweat, however if you've already gone through the armpit detox process, your sweat will not stink. Keeps my skin healthy. Effective for smelling good all day.

Tried this because I am currently using the Crystal mineral stick unscented. I'd suffered for years with almost raw rashes in reactuon to almost all deodrants or antipersperants, even those without scent additives. So, I have used the afore for almost a year successfullh no reactions at all. It's proven effective against odor. So I thought to try this Crystal brand mineral essential oil scented deodrant, as I like scents. Tried it for a week. Always on clean dry skin, 2x a day, am & pm. No I could smell my odor beginning. I interact with people closely and do not care to risk being offensive to others or embarrassed. The scent of coconut/vanilla is very faint. I wouldn't recommend this if you, like me have a stronger underarm odor. Go for the Crystal mineral deodrant stick unscented.
