I've ordered these cookies a number of times. They are absolutely delicious. They are fairly fragile, so I was worried about how they would travel, but overall, with a few minor issues, they are packaged well enough that they do not crumble. This is a type of cookie that can be dry, but I find these to be fairly tender and they crumble perfectly, the way I expect this type of cookie to crumble. I will definitely keep ordering!

I can't say anything good about this product. I have been unable to reach the seller to complain. This arrived and was all crushed. The cookies were supposed to be packed as singles and that is what attracted me as I thought they were so attractive for a gift. There is no way I can give this to anyone. They were mangled and a pile of crumbs. I decided to open one bag choosing the one that looked like it might have survived in the best condition and it just crumbled into crumbs when I opened it. I tasted it. It was bland. No real taste at all. I have had so many Italian butter cookies from great bakeries and this doesn't compare. It isn't even close. Because it is crumbled there is nothing to hold, and the chocolate, what there is left of it, is stuck to the plastic here and there, and it too is rather bland. You don't even get a nice taste of the jelly in the cookie. It is just a lackluster cookie and a waste of money. Seriously, don't waste your money. Find a bakery close to you and buy them. Even your grocery store will have better ones than these. You'll get nothing but a box of crumbs with no taste if you buy these. I would not recommend you buy this product based on my personal experience.

I was going to give this as a gift. But I decided to taste one. The taste was good. But the cookie turned in to crumbs once I started eating it. Period I decided to take another one. It too turned into crumbs. Do not order this product. You will be totally disappointed. They should automatically return my money.
