They are a *perfect* fit for size 9, and rugged enough for trail running even as a light shoe. They have an amazing amount of support under the ball of the foot, essential for trail running, and contrary to other reviews, aren't too stiff. The tread is perfect for trails. They appear to be well built, hope to get a few years of use out of them. And very affordable too!

I like the shoe. Only problem was the second time I wore them the loop that the lace runs through broke. I wear them often guess I'll have to wait and see if rest of shoe falls apart. They are light, good tread and reasonably fashionable.

These shoe offers excellent comfort with a cushioned midsole and true-to-size fit, providing ample room in the toe box. The padded collar and tongue minimize irritation during long runs. The aggressive lugs on the outsole ensure outstanding grip on uneven and slippery surfaces, boosting confidence on steep inclines and muddy paths and these are breathable and durable even for being lightweight which is perfect for long runs without added bulk.

Got these yesterday and went for a 5 mile hike today. No break-in required other than to adjust the laces a bit until I got them right. The shoe is very stable and grip was excellent. Size was spot on, toe box seemed okay and not much torsional twist between toe and heel (perfect for trails). It may should strange but I love the laces on these shoes. If I were to have one complaint it's that their insole feels about as thick as a pieces of paper and does not provide much cushion. With the rest of the shoe built as solid as it is, this will need to be something I address.

I purchased this shoe from another vendor when I needed a size that Bolo was out of. These are great shoes, sturdy, supportive and comfortable. Great color combo that goes with everything.

I mean, they are sneakers. They fit as they should. They seem to be real, and they are more comfortable than work boots.

I'm pretty disappointed by these shoes. I bought them with the intent to go hiking around since my hiking shoes were getting worn out and I wanted to try out something lighter weight. After they arrived, I spent about a week breaking them in before going out on any hikes. Even after a week of break-in, the outsoles were still surprisingly stiff but I did like the lightness and breathability of the shoe.I take these out on a first easy hike (<1.5mi and less than 100ft elevation gain) and was not impressed at all. The grip is not good on even dry, flat rock. They seem okay on a soft path, but as soon as I encountered any wetness, the grip is poor. Wet rocks are dangerous with these shoes and I nearly fell a few times on that first easy hike just walking around.I'm not sure what Saucony means by "Trail Running Shoe", but I don't think they are suitable even as a "trail walking shoe". I wouldn't use these for anything that isn't on a paved path.I have since decided that these shoes are not to ever be used for hiking again and have relegated them to daily wear (office job) and the gym. They are okay for that purpose. After a month, the insoles and midsoles are still too stiff and do not offer much arc support. Standing around in these shoes gets my feet aching in 30 minutes or less. They are decent for the gym since they are lightweight and breathable.Overall, I would not recommend these shoes for any purpose. There are much better options out there.
