I’m only writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I take different medications, mixed with the wonders of having severe pms symptoms. I needed something to help me be more alert, my brain was foggy everyday, I couldn’t even remember to check my to-do list, which is was literally on my nightstand next to my bed! After only 10 minutes of taking this, I felt a complete difference, I feel like I can take on the task of life now, and more cheerful, not sluggish anymore. It’s affordable and a life changer!

I have been utilizing this product for about 2 weeks now and I must admit I feel less brain fog. The product is well made, simple to swallow and no strange after taste. When my family physician told me he uses it daily it was good enough for me! Now I will say I had to quit using it and gave the remainder to a friend. But my nephrologist did not want me to use it with my kidney issues. But I can actually say it "was doctor recommended"!
