Redcon 1 Total War is my favorite preworkout, I have tried hundreds probably in my 20 years of lifting. This formula is very solid. 10/10

This pre is alright, for what it is. It's not the highest stim or the best quality powder, but it's the best for its price point. I've found that it mixes well with other powder supplements (creatine monohydrate, fiber, etc.), if a little chalky in texture.The flavor -when mixed to the right concentration at 3:1 pre to creatine w/ 8-10 oz of water- is nice, like a grainy orange Fanta or Jarrito. Be careful not to over-dilute it, as it becomes much less palatable and more like a bottle of surface cleaner.Personally, I don't find it very effective, but that's probably due to a high tolerance. If you frequently take caffeine, this is not for you. I find it to be more like to a coffee buzz than any sort of tingle or edge.Probably the main highlight is the increased blood flow, meaning better pumps. It takes right around 30 minutes to kick in (as advertised), but works well as far as circulation is concerned.I'd say that it's a good first pre-workout for anyone caffeine sensitive or looking for a budget option.

Orange Crush flavor tastes a lot like lotion...and not the good smelling kind. I won't buy again.

Have had many flavors over the years. Always thought they were a little strong. And while it functions as it was supposed to, the orange crush flavor was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend or purchase this particular flavor again. Other than that, it came in fine condition. No clumpiness and provides expected performance.
