I’ve been using Total War for about 3 years and it’s by far the best pre-workout I’ve tried. I’ve sampled many flavors, my favorite being Cali Splash. After trying this new formula, I noticed it affected me differently during the first couple of weeks, feeling slightly nauseous and dizzy. I cut down to between half and three quarter scoop and this issue has resolved. The new version of the Sour Gummy flavor is an improvement of the previous version. Previous purchases in the Philippines have been clumped, but this is likely due to high humidity here. Purchasing from Bolo US the product arrives very quickly and powder is perfect and mixes easily.

A game changer if you're over 50. But like anything else you need to give your body time to acclimate to what you do to it or put in it, especially if you are middle aged.Once I got used to it by increasing the serving slowly, this stuff really works good in regard to pump and energy.Worth the money but start out slow.

This pre is alright, for what it is. It's not the highest stim or the best quality powder, but it's the best for its price point. I've found that it mixes well with other powder supplements (creatine monohydrate, fiber, etc.), if a little chalky in texture.The flavor -when mixed to the right concentration at 3:1 pre to creatine w/ 8-10 oz of water- is nice, like a grainy orange Fanta or Jarrito. Be careful not to over-dilute it, as it becomes much less palatable and more like a bottle of surface cleaner.Personally, I don't find it very effective, but that's probably due to a high tolerance. If you frequently take caffeine, this is not for you. I find it to be more like to a coffee buzz than any sort of tingle or edge.Probably the main highlight is the increased blood flow, meaning better pumps. It takes right around 30 minutes to kick in (as advertised), but works well as far as circulation is concerned.I'd say that it's a good first pre-workout for anyone caffeine sensitive or looking for a budget option.

I really enjoy redcon1 products, served in U.S.M.C and its always meaningful to me to support companies that support military campaigns.The actual product is decent and the orange flavor is nice and not bitter. Its similar to an orange trident gum in taste while the caffeine is good too at 300mg.Definitely feel the pumps and energy, and seen productive results when taking.I also tried grape and green apple, and grape being my go to for sure, would love to try more out.

It's cheap and works. What else could you ask for? I love the tingling feelings in my ears, face and arms. Some people don't but I love it and gets me going. Best pre workout I've found. Gives me those pre Jacked feelings back in the day before the formula was changed.
