it tastes like candy. i assume they work. that's the thing with multi vitamins. there's no real way of telling if they work. their hair skin nails vitamin's work. i see my nails grow faster than before. they're kinda pricey for what they are. but if they work, it's worth it, i guess.

I've been using these OLLY Men's Daily Gummy Multivitamins for a while now, and they do a great job of supporting overall wellness and filling in nutritional gaps. The Blackberry flavor is delicious, and it's convenient that no food or water is needed to take them.However, I wish they had no added sugar. It would have made these vitamins even better, especially for those of us trying to reduce sugar intake. Still, they are effective and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Overall, a good product, but it could be improved by cutting out the sugar.

But it tastes good, makes me feel good, and is easy to digest/consume.Only issue is that the first time I opened it, my nose was violated by the smell 💀. But once it airs out a bit, the smell is less strong compared to the first use. It's not like it's candy after all. It's a health product!

So I got these for my bf. He likes the flavor, texture and size. He has not said anything about energy or sleep quality so I’m assuming no effect as of yet. But you know some men don’t pay attention to the details so take this with a grain of salt.
