I purchased these after doing some research looking for a good cake pan. I’ve always purchased the standard non-stick 9” cake pan from Walmart or somewhere but I started taking an interest in baking and wanted something to help me make better cakes. I thought the price was great for the number of pans and they came on time. I was very impressed with how lightweight they were as cakes can be very heavy, even the smaller ones. So far I’ve used the 5”, 7” and 9” pans and every cake came out perfect! I love these pans so much I went to Michaels and purchased the 9x13 sheet cake pan and a cookie sheet. The pans cool super fast; the cakes bake evenly; they slide right out of the pan and the depth allows me to make two layers at a time. I definitely recommend them and will be purchasing more in the future. I just wish they were easier to purchase as I can’t find one place that sells ALL of the pan sizes.

I’m baking a lot, and used different kinds of baking pans. After trying Fat Daddio’s I probably won’t use anything else. Really good at heat distribution and very easy to clean. Just soak it in the water and everything will come off easily. Great product! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome pans. I made a chocolate cake from scratch that other people had problems with sinking in the middle, not sure if the way I made the cake or the pans fixed that problem but This pan cooked the cake perfectly, no sinking and nice even cooking through out. The Pans really do heat faster, when you wash it under hot water the whole pan heats up and cools pretty fast compared to other pans I've used. One other thing, these pans will rust easily if left wet. I already have 1 rusted and I only used it once but my brother sat something wet in the pan and I didn't know it. So wash and dry after you use it.

I heard about these pans from a beginner cake baking group I follow, and when my job gifted me with a $50 Bolo gift card I figured this was the time to purchase them. After the first use I can honestly say they truly live up to the hype, easy to cleans and remove cake from the pan. Great buy!
