Works great! We don't have a flea issue in our area, but we do have mosquitoes and this seems to repel them nicely also works on gnats. Our pup doesn't have a reaction to it. Takes a good 24 hours to melt into his fur/skin, but other than that it works great.

The product is great but good luck trying to cancel a subscription. I keep canceling and they keep sending boxes for our dead dog. WHY does this keeo happening? Good luck trying to contact them... It's impossible.

The park we were going with the dog (Lalo) had a serious tick problem. Each visit was about 10 or more ticks on the ears, legs and belly. Since we've used Shield for Dogs, not a single tick has gotten on Lalo. No side effects on anyone. Excellent product, highly recommended.

Struggling wuth the ticks prevailing over Frontline this year. What a disgusting creature the blood & egg-filled tick bitch is!Still holding the line against the fleas.

Within 12-18 hours of applying this topical, my 35 pound German Pinscher began shaking his head A LOT. He is 9 years old and has never had an issue with his ears but I thought perhaps he had an infection. I didn't want to take any chances, so I bathed him and scrubbed the areas where I applied the topical. Eventually, the head shaking lessened and stopped completely after a couple of weeks. (I did take him to the vet to be checked for an ear infection and he didn't have an infection.)
