I love these vitamins. They are a great product! 👍🏻They aren't hard to swallow & don't taste bad.They are worth the money spent.I am however disappointed that I can't claim my free bottle as mentioned on the accompanying card. I was hoping to get Omega-3 as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & it sure makes a difference in my joint pain.

Excelente vitaminas, las he comprado 3 veces y me ha ayudado mucho con mis uñas! Y se la recomendé a mi amiga ya que me dijo queria que le me creciera el cabello como a mi! Mi amiga las compro y le han ido excelente, su cabello creció muy rápido y está feliz

I’ve never taken biotin before and wanted to try it due to my very weak fingernails (a lifelong issue). These were a decent price and I’m noticing a bit more strength in my nails. I will finish the two bottles and possibly get some more.

The bottles are very small, but so far I am happy with them. There are 90 capsules in each bottle, making it a better deal than many of the other brands of biotin. Also, most competitors have only 60 pills or gummies per bottle, and you need to take 2 each day, giving you only a 1-month supply. But this is a 1-a-day pill, so I actually get 90 doses per bottle.

I got these for the 2nd time recently because of a $20 off coupon. Then I remembered why I stopped taking them before; they male me really nauseous. I take it in the morning before breakfast so YMMV.
