These multivitamins are not bad. I can taste the iron when I chew them. That's not pleasant, however, I knew this would happen. No upset stomach and my labs are normal. I chose this brand on a whim. I didn't have surgery. Appreciate the opportunity to try a multivitamin that works well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The taste is better than anything else so far. Im 3 months post-op and the chewable were too chalky, the capsules made me vomit. These melt while im chewing and theres no bad aftertaste

I started taking these vitamins after my bariatric surgery in December of 2023. According to my bloodwork, these vitamins keep my levels up to standards & where my doctor likes them to be. I take 2 a day - 1 in the morning & 1 in the evening. They have a berry taste & are a little chalky, but only take a few minutes to dissolve in my mouth.

These are rather large, in my experience they do not dissolve fast, I have to chew them like an antacid. The flavor is ok, but after a while it gets hard to choke down. Also if you're newly postop and trying to take these for their dissolving properties, you may have dry mouth and it makes these even more difficult to take.

Love these vitamins they don't hurt my stomach like the pills . They have decent flavor and break down fast and dissolve. Highly recommend if regular pills are to much for your stomach

I have added these to my daily gummy as I need to increase overall vitamin intake. These melt fairly well under the tongue. I liked enough buying to break them in half and to half at a time. The taste is ok- not terrible and not great. They do not upset my stomach and the quality seems good. I am very careful to get all of my daily nutrients in and these help.
