I love the fact that it makes me calm and overall just happier. I have been taking it for 2 months and I noticed a difference in about 3 days. I feel the quality is good. The taste is not bad. I just put it under my tongue and swallow. It is easy to use. It is a good value.

I have a complaint, but it's not against this company or its products. I can't find another way to try to inform Bolo that My double order of Ashwagandha Root appears to not have been delivered. There is a problem with theft from building mail rooms, but generally not for a very small package of nutritional supplements. thieves look for things that they can sell, so they most likely would not bother with something very light and small.
