My water tasted horrible before I installed the IcePure filter. After I installed the filter my water tastes great and no longer has a bad smell! I drink water straight from the tap now. It was easy to install as well. Good purchase.

I live in a small town where the water company tries to do the best they can but my water is hard and has a high pH. I purchased this to help properly filter so I don’t have to keep buying water bottles.The installation didn’t take long at all, instructions were clear to read. The filter action is well designed to where I can replace as needed without hassle.1st picture: My water before installing. The purple represents the hard water. The last represents pH level2nd picture: Post installation (Not fully 5 mins). The levels are better but not quite to my desire3rd picture: Post installation, after letting the water run for more than 5 minutes. As you can see my water’s pH is much lower. I can even notice a taste in my water, it tastes much betterMy only point of improvement would be to list the filter life span in the instructions

I recently moved to a city with city-supplied water, and noticed the taste was not good. I tested the tap water (using test strips) and some of the 16 items tested for were slightly elevated, but all within EPA requirements. Still, the taste was not good, I assume due to disinfecting chlorine. So I bought the IcePure under-sink filtration system.INSTALLATIONThe installation user guide (which was attached to the product page) looks professional and thus complete. But I found the installation instructions insufficient, for two reasons:1. While they advise/require at least four inches under the filter (due to future filter replacement), they don't advise how much space to leave on either side of the filter. To avoid bending the inflow and outflow lines too much, I recommend at least four inches on the sides.2. The filter and the wall mount ("filter head") arrive attached. After you drill the two holes for the filter head, make your life easier by detaching the filter from the wall mount, and take the top of the wall mount off (it easily snaps off) to expose the wall mount's attachment holes. Then put the wall mount on the screws and make the screws snug. And reattach the filter.Note that once the wall mount and filter are secured under the sink, the plumbing work is fairly easy (although there's limited space usually under the sink to work within). If you've ever replaced a kitchen faucet, this installation is much easier.I did use the supplied teflon tape on my connections even though the instructions did not call for it.WATER QUALITYI tested the filtered water, and it brought down some of my tested values. Based on the EPA limits (there aren't that many...), I believe the tap water is safe to drink, so the IcePure filtered water should be safer.The taste is also much better than the unfiltered tap.WATER FLOWThis wasn't a factor when I looked at water filters, but the flow rate is indistinguishable from the flow rate before I attached the water filter. Much appreciated!CUSTOMER SUPPORTAfter I installed the water filter, I emailed their support group, and asked two questions:1. What are the included stickers for? (There are twelve monthly stickers, and stickers numbered 1 ro 31, presumably days.)Customer support reply: "You can contact Bolo to return the product within 30 days of using it." Huh?2. How will I know when to change the water filter?Customer support reply: "According to our experience, if the filtered water tastes bad and the water flow is significantly reduced, we think it is time to replace the filter." Helpful.Overall, the IcePure water filter is a clear improvement over my city's tap water. As long as the filter lasts a long time, I'll be a happy customer.

When I saw this order online, I wanted it, but I was afraid that I couldn't install it by myself. Being 71 years old, I took the risk and ordered it. Then I looked up YouTube videos, and the first video I saw was by this company, presented by a man who spoke clearly and had the patience to explain in detail each step. I would pause the video and do what he said. It took me a while longer than expected since I had to rewind the video and look again. But the result was perfection! No leaks, and it looked as though I had it professionally installed. I had a friend stop by afterward, and when he looked at it, he said it was done perfectly. All thanks to the video I watched. Since I live in a rented tiny home, I wanted a filter that would help in both drinking quality and me not having to dry my washed dishes right away to prevent water spots. That problem has been resolved with this filter. I'm very happy with my purchase, and a big shout-out to the company for their installation video. I couldn't have done it without that video, gotten discouraged, and would have returned this product.

So easy to install! After I let it run for 5 mins I taste tested the water and could immediately tell the difference in taste! The water was much better! Could definitely tell by the after taste! 100% recommended just hope it lasts

However, I did not realise that there was no spare part available in the UK. The seller on Bolo has not responded to my question and as a result, the filter is rather worthless. I would not have spent this money on a system that cannot be maintained without going to great expense to import a filter from the US and pay the hight importation taxes and postage charges. It is a bit like buying a cheap printer and then finding you have to fork out huge amounts in ink. I wish I had done better research about maintenance and not just compared products. Happy with it as a filter in itself but not with the end result! Buyer beware.

Non ci sono gli adattatori per tutte le misure ma solo uno che porta la dimensione a 1/2 pollice. Se si ha l'attacco a 3/8 occorre prendere un adattatore che ho trovato da un ferramenta. Appena installato il gusto dell'acqua è davvero buono. Vedremo nel tempo ma sembra davvero un ottimo prodotto. Sarebbe utile una spia che indichi quando cambiare il filtro. Aggiornamento maggio 2025Su Bolo non ci sono i filtri di ricambio per cui 3 stelle

Un peu moins capé que le Frizzlife sur les normes et avec des raccords pas communs donc passage en magasin de bricolage quasi obligatoire pour les adaptateurs. Mais lui ne fuit pas contrairement au concurrent cité ci dessus. Mauvais goût de l’eau effacé mais pour combien de temps ? Débit diminué mais pas catastrophique, logique avec une filtration si petite en particules. Un pré-filtre de 10 microns à bobine évitera un colmatage rapide de ce genre de cartouche si votre eau est dure et chargées micro résidus. Pas de miracles !
