We love this electric kettle!! Our old electric kettle broke down, it wasn’t an easy task to find a new kettle. After 3 tries with other kettles which we returned because of different problems with products, I choose Zwilling product even though it was over my wife’s budget. I choose the simple model with no temperature controls and that was the best $$ spent.This kettle is the safest electric kettle, even it’s body is real cool to touch when water boils. It’s safe for children or elderly.Water boils quickly about 2 to 4 minutes depending on how much you fill.There is NO plastic parts that touch water, the removable filter is stainless steel.Some reviewers said that they found rust buildup after use. Not in my case, I had it for more than a month and all I found a bit of calcium buildup after a month. Cleaned it as recommended by manufacturer with vinegar and the stainless steel looks like I just took it out from the box.The kettle is not lightweight, it’s approx. 2.8 pounds. It’s no problem for me, my wife or children but my mother in law has to use two hands due to arthritis.Overall it’s a GREAT PRODUCT! Absence of temperature controls is no problem because we drink mostly black tea. And when I drink green/herbal teas just use a thermometer. Next time will choose temperature control Zwilling.

Very neat and sleek looking kettle. Boils water well. Holds a good amount of water and is easy to use. Heats up quickly. Functionality is good. Only downside is there’s a plastic piece at the spout / opening which is flimsy.

Jusy what I eanted to replace my broken krups. It is all SS even the screen is thinner SS. No plastic in contact with water. Push the button and it boils water and it has a 5 year mfg warranty. Which reminds me I need to register it.

Holds a lot of water and boils fast! Looks expensive and sleek! A quality product that is worth the money! This is my third electric kettle and this one is by far the best purchase !

This is a great looking kettle that screams "quality" in every way. I much prefer this one to the more expensive offering from this same brand, due to its simple interface (spring-loaded button). I can turn it on as I pass by without fidgeting with LCD "buttons". It is much quieter than my previous Cosori kettle and doesn't sputter hot water out of the top, even when at the max-fill line.

Plastic parts, misleading product description. Desc. is clever because it says no plastic contact with water. True, as in no plastic is submerged, BUT the steam still touches the plastic holding the filter by the spout and there is also a mysterious hole right below the cap hinge that shows exposed plastic which also gets steamed. Returning the product.

Good, but could be better
The media could not be loaded. Design: 10Quality: 8While it appears to be an great product, as always, I do have complaints about quality of the finish.Design looks fantastic, well put together, but for some reason it's just very loud.Comparing to our previous Breville kettle, this kettle has loud buttons. Closing the lid and on/off button sound like Chinese knock off from 90s.. not a soft click, it's almost like a bang.Also, have to check the heat up time with rokm temp water. I tested with water from the fridge filter, so it was cold, and it took whole 6 minutes...P.S.Con: while it has a slick look, lack of window forces you to open it every time to check water levelPro: rounded bottom should make it easier to clean, if required.Warm to touch, unlike plastic and glass kettles
Plug for USA not UK
This is a beautiful product but arrived with an American plug!! Not very useful for the UK. I have reported it and it will be returned, however there has been no help or instructions to order again with the correct plug.

Great quality. Love that it’s all stainless steel. It boils water quickly. Can heat up a new batch of water even though you just finished heating up the first batch. Would recommend!!
