I have been health conscious for most of my adult life but have always allowed myself a moderate treat daily. Due to the nature of aging the blood sugar and fat responses aren’t what they used to be, It’s still fine but I want to do whatever I can to help myself out by cutting back on sugar a bit more and eating plenty of fiber, protein and some healthy fats together. Now what can I have to get my sweet fix and still do better? Enter the RipVan Wafels! So far I’ve had the vanilla caramel and the snickerdoodle, I’m not sure which I like best, they’re probably tied! I love that they are not just lower in sugar, but that they are higher in fiber and although I typically avoid dairy, I like the ingredients in these. I saw another reviewer say that they could taste sorbitol in the aftertaste and that’s just not possible because there is no sorbitol in these at least not in the flavors I’ve gotten. I also saw another reviewer saying that they are nothing like authentic stroopewafels because they’re not sweet enough and the texture is different. Well, yeah, this is a healthier *version* of that. It is a more health-conscious take on a treat or snack That is well loved, and thank goodness for it! That reviewer doesn’t seem to understand that cutting back on sugar is going to change the taste of things a little bit, but that does not mean that these are not incredibly delicious! If you are not used to eating healthier, and if you are used to a high sugar, high unhealthy fat, high salt diet, it will take a little while for your taste buds to adjust. I for one I am so grateful that these exist! they’re delicious, The texture is delightful and I can feel good about eating them. They are the perfect sweet for people who believe in eating in moderation. And for people who won’t be successful in cutting back on sugar without having some kind of actually good option to satiate their sweet tooth. And the ingredients are so much healthier than snacks filled with sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners. The ingredients are all things that you know and can pronounce. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Next time I think I’m gonna try the brownie flavor!

These are perfect when you want just a little something sweet without crashing your diet (or causing your blood sugar to go through the roof!) Slightly crunchy with a sinfully caramel like chew will satisfy that craving without the guilt

I bought these after my best friend brought me back some stroopwafels from Amsterdam. I’m having to lose weight but obviously I ate those so I started looking for healthy stroopwafel recipes and then decided to check to see how much a healthier version of some pre-made stroopwafels would cost. Found these and they are a great price for a lower calorie/lower sugar stroopwafel and they taste amazing!! I definitely recommend. My daughter loves them as well and so of course she also had to buy some.

Excellent quality. These use monkfruit instead of straight sugar and are delicious. They don't have the weird chemical aftertaste that some treats that are low sugar do. They came well packaged. Will likely be ordering these on a regular basis as a work treat.

The cookies are delishish, but just to expensive. Again, good, but not high end, doused in chocolate or super creative. $18 is just to much.
