My daughter received a Melissa & Doug branded doll cradle years ago as a gift. When I was looking for a doll high chair I immediately thought of Melissa & Doug due to the higher quality.The high chair came in a box and required some assembly. The directions were straight forward and it was easy to assemble. It is not very tall, but it's the perfect height for my toddler and 5 year old to play with.My toddler enjoys putting her stuffed animals or baby dolls in the high chair and loves to play with it. I anticipate it to last for years to come.Overall Melissa & Doug toys are much higher quality than other brands. They may be a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for.

present for granddaughters The size fits the American girl Itty Bitty babiesEasy to assemble with a screw driver.It seems pretty sturdy and will get a lot of playtime with the 2 year olds.

This baby doll high chair is so cute. I ordered this product because it was more traditional than most of the other products on Bolo that reassemble “Graco” like high chairs. Daughter loves it and 16-20”babies fit perfectly. The only bummer was some of the hardware didn’t fit well into the drill holes. We needed an electric drill to make the holes a bit bigger, to then screw the screws into for assembly.

I enjoy the Melissa and Doug products. I feel that they are good quality and built solid. My daughter also has the matching crib. The high chair is pretty small so it’s perfect for a younger child. I would not recommend for a five year old because it’s just so short. My daughter is 18 months old and it’s the perfect fit for her.

Not a project to start Christmas Eve after children asleep. Although nicely and machined particle board, paint defects on most pieces. Looks very easy to assemble with just 12 wood screws. Some areas paint did not stick and bubbled off(missing under shrink wrap so obviously not shipping damage). Other areas paint drips dried roughly and likely to be picked at by child or causing scratches. For $40 I expect some minimal sanding and primer paint under enamel prior to paint and Melissa and Doug label. Shame on you! Will have to sand and repaint in my workshop and not a Christmas present this time. I sanded and repainted. Should have put assembled before writing my review. Second half: Screws are 1/4” too long and are not self tapping, pre drilled holes poorly aligned and screws are too soft. I am a woodworker so I switched to better grade and shorter self-threading wood screws that I photographed. It looks good after heaving sanding and covering chipped and blistering and rough dried paint drips with an American paint that I know is lead free. Chipping imported paint jobs scare me around children. As Forest Gump says: “Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re going to get “ I am sure Melissa and David periodically rechecks to ensure that their latest manufacturer meets American paint standards for children’s toys, but I couldn’t find anything online to substantiate this.Added pictures of both shorter screws for plastic inserts and longer ones for dowel and wood blocks underneath seat and step.

Sturdily built, easy to assemble, attractive. Dolly sit well in the high chair. Little ones love having this realistic toy to feed their dolly in. Have bought 2 of these so far for different households.

Quality and price
I liked everything about this highchair except the size it should be a bit bigger but very cute, and price should be $35 to $37 but my Granddaughter is going to love it for her dolls and that's all that matters
Cute little baby doll high chair
I was looking for a wooden baby doll high chair and found this one here on Bolo. Very cute, good quality (good brand); I screwed on one side a little to hard (see picture) but I guess that was my fault. Easy to install. I’m very satisfied with the product and quality. Bought it around 1,5 years ago and the little one plays almost every day with it.
Good quality but small and too pricey
Very small, expensive even at a sale price, but is good quality. Mine came cracked in one spot too close to Christmas to even bother to exchange
