These help with clarity and focus for me. They are a lot to chew but once you get past the size you will find it worth it.

I chew as many supplements/meds as I can because I have a hard time swallowing pills. These are fairly good for chewables, and I really appreciate that they are not gummies.However, be aware that taking a magnesium supplement can cause diarrhea. I had that side effect from these and googled around to find that can be a problem. I now take these once a week or so and that is a level I can tolerate.

The BRAINMD Dr Amen Magnesium Chewables in Citrus flavor are fantastic! Not only are they easy to chew with a refreshing citrus taste, but they’ve also helped me with muscle spasms and improved my sleep. I’ve been taking them for a while now, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in both my muscle comfort and overall restfulness at night.These are definitely a game-changer—highly recommend them!

I’m sure it is quality, magnesium, however, chewing one of these giant super sour powdery tablets is difficult and it’s easy to inhale some of the powder. I will not re-order these.

These are the best! I’ve tried several brands and Brain. MD is by far my favorite. They taste good and they really help with joint pain and relaxation.

The media could not be loaded. BrainMD products are high-quality! This does exactly what it describes. I take one before bed which aids and promotes good sleep, and I also take one during the day for muscle relaxation because I left the weights.
