Awesome product! It’s easy to assemble and use! It’s very durable and sturdy. It’s a great size for a home gym. The padding is very comfortable and helps you get a great workout in. Great value for your money!

I had a hard time setting it up so my boyfriend had to do it for me. Made out of high quality materials. I bought another brand Roman chair and it does not compare to this one. I noticed that Sunny Health is high quality gym equipments and trust worthy. It is a bit big so you need some space to store it. It does folds nicely but like I said, it’s quite big and it’s really heavy (about 45 lbs).

Got this today and assembled it no problem. I have another product from Sunny and they’re good quality, sturdy long lasting equipment at a good price. I also like that it folds down. I’m writing a review early because there are a couple things I want to help others be aware of.I’m 5’5 1/2” and have a longer torso, my legs are on the shorter side. I have the pad on the lowest setting and it’s too tall for me. If I take out the pin and lower the pad all the way down then it fits correctly—foot platforms would be more helpful. I don’t want to create more back issues when I’m trying to improve back issues because it’s too tall for me. Not the fault of the machine just my proportions. I’m debating sending it back because of that. So if you have shorter legs like me, maybe shop around, this may not be the machine for you. Just an FYI from my toes to the bottom of my pelvis is 30”. If I take out the pin I can shorten the top of the pad to about 33”. So it works if I tip toe. I never realized my legs were quite that short lol.Update:this issue has been corrected with correspondence with the company. They helped me correct the issue.The other issue is the handle bars are not welded correctly. They’re supposed to stick out so you can do elevated push up type exercises, but as you can see in the picture the handle bars are straight up..Overall, it’s good quality exercise equipment I would buy from Sunny again.

Arrived well packaged and in good condition. Looks like a lot of parts when I first opened the box. I anticipated a long & complex assembly. But it came with clear, easy to follow instructions and segregated and identified fasteners. Had it assembled and operational in under 20 minutes. Very sturdy too (I am 6'-1" & 215 lbs).

This is advertised as a back exercise machine.I suffer from very frequent lower back pain and someone told me this piece of exercise equipment would help.It did help.I use it to stretch my lower back when it is sore.Within a minute or two at most, I relax into position on the equipment and my lower back feels so much better.It is foldable and can be put away when you are finished with it.I leave it out because if my back is sore I cannot move it to use it.I cannot recommend this highly enough.Great piece of equipment.

The welding on the supports look pretty weak. They'll hold up for a relatively light person, it says 250lbs weight limit, which should be most people buying this but if you're 200lb it doesn't seem too safe. I want to return it but it's past the return window. For those wanting it for the back extention workouts get the product with better supports. I don't trust this thing at all. Especially with a back injury.

Well, I was excited to start working on my glutes and hammies — but instead I got a geometry pop quiz from the Sunny Health & Fitness factory.The Roman Chair looks nice once assembled... if you're into modern art. The lower foam pad that’s supposed to support your ankles? Yeah, that was mounted vertically — which would be great if I were a bat. But alas, I am a human. A human with horizontally-aligned legs. Turns out the factory drilled the holes on the wrong side of the tube.Bolo support? Sweet but about as useful as this misaligned calf pad. They refunded me a whopping $16.25, which should just about cover:* One industrial drill bit* Field trip to a local fab shop* And maybe half a cup of post-drilling coffee.They also suggested sending me a whole new one — after I already assembled this steel behemoth. Which is like asking someone to return their Thanksgiving turkey... after they’ve carved it.I’m a generally handy guy, so I’ll fix it myself, but let’s be honest: I bought exercise equipment, not a DIY steel puzzle challenge.📦 Bottom line: Decent gear if you get one that wasn’t built on a Friday afternoon. Otherwise, it’s a fun core workout just trying to figure out what went wrong.

The media could not be loaded. I barely write reviews, but I had to write this. As an RN, I am on my feet and work long hrs, which puts some strain on my back— it’s just the nature of my job. I’ve been having lower back pain and this might have just saved my lower back. I’ve only used this for a week at the time of writing this review and so far, it’s been a good experience. It’s quite sturdy, easy to assemble and use, and easy to transport for storage. My back feels 10 years younger since I’ve been using this. Use it multiple times daily for best results. And I recommend watching YouTube videos on how to use it properly— it helped a lot.

Cet Appareil sent la solidité. Il est très stable et tout à fait adapté pour ma taille (187cm) et à mon poids(86kg).Il se très plie facilement. Les roulettes permettent de le déplacer facilement et prend relativement peu de place.Le montage est assez simple et tous les outils nécessaires sont inclus.Un bon achat.
Great bench for the prize. Highly recommend
You are not buying a professional technogym bench. But for the price this is a very good purchase! I am 90kg and I find it very stable and solid.It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows.The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze.I am very happy with my purchase
