As someone who's taken a variety of supplements and extracts for decades, this is one of the very best I have ever taken. You feel a difference immediately when you take it which is actually quite rare among supplements.The only thing I would say is that the given dosage for me is a bit too strong, I need to empty out the contents to about a third of its actual dosage, but the effects are really wonderful. I highly recommend this supplement.

This supplement covers people that don’t get enough Olive Oil from daily food consumption- people like me! Love the fact that the capsules don’t have a noticeable taste. Following my Dr.’s recommendation to get more olive oil in my diet . Would recommend and will buy again.

UPDATE : It's been over 3 months without a migraine or aura. I also feel this has contributed to lowering my blood pressure.I was getting migraine headaches almost every week. I've been taking "Total Olive", a little over a month now and I haven't had one migraine headache. I've had ocular episodes that have previously had turned into migraines but so far the episode have never transpired into the migraine.I take the pill on an empty stomach, one in the morning and one at night. Full glass of water taking big gulps. This helps me from getting the heartburn which I sometimes get using this product. Well worth it!UPDATE: It's been over a year now and I've periodically get migraines but the frequency has been cut back considerably. I also don't need paine medication. I just get a roughly 2 day migraine hangover where my head aches a little, (especially when straining) and I feel tired. This is huge in my book. What a relief to be able to manage the migraine monster.ANOTHER UPDATE: It's been nearly 2 years. I've tracked my migraines for 3 years now by what I think brought it on, signs and symptoms that are occurring, and severity of my ocular episodes. My migraines have been eliminated by half the first year, and seem to be fewer as time moves on. I don't need pain relievers. I wear sunglasses and use deep breathing when the ocular episodes start to circumvent any out-of-control pain. I can still continue to work but don't get my heart rate up over a cardiovascular training level. I continue to take a total olive pill first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I try not to take it too late at night and lay down. This can creates indigestion. Wait 15, 20 minutes. During this whole time I try not to spike my system with sugar (a whole candy bar), and try to get regular hours sleep(suggested amount for my age). I also stay somewhat active (which currently seems to be a one key component). So far I've been very pleased with this product.

One is never sure with these supplements: what is actually in them and does it actually do something. So, it’s probably more an ‘it may do some good but it probably don’t hurt’ approach which makes you question if this is money well spent.

Olive leaf is just a wonderful herb for so many things anti viral anti bacterial and super high orac so it's a excellent antioxidant
